Introducing CampusLaunch, the world's first sorority marketing agency.
We’ve generated 65 million views for Nike, FOX, BodyArmor, and more.
Here’s how I started and scaled the idea:
Less than a year ago, I was working an investment banking job.
I was in my cubicle, scrolling on TikTok, when I saw a video of 150+ Arizona sorority girls doing a choreographed dance video.
The video had 43 million views. Then I realized something:
Brands desperately wanted to reach Gen Z.
Sororities desperately wanted to become influencers.
Nobody was connecting the two.
So, while at my 9-5, I posted a tweet about sororities becoming the next NIL.
The tweet got millions of views. BodyArmor, Kalshi, and Gymshark booked calls.
So I did what any logical man would do:
I quit my job with 0 clients.
All I knew was that I had product market fit.
In those 10 months, I:
- Connected with hundreds of sororities across the country
- Cold messaged 100+ brands per day
- Sent personalized loom videos to fortune 500 CEO’s
Now, we are working with FOX on Hollywood level trailer promotions.
If you have any questions on starting a business, I’ll read through every comment.
Looks promising. Now need to see the full 2 hour walkthrough.
Formats Studio is out for Mac ❤️
give your agent an editor.
Claude Code, Codex and GitHub Copilot cut, caption, grade and animate on a real timeline, and every edit stays yours to touch and undo.
This launch film was made in Formats.

Every startup marketer, content team...I'm begging you. Spill your guts. Tell us everything.
A year ago @slashapp had zero posts on socials & no marketing team.
Today we’re at 20M+ impressions & tens of thousands of followers.
Up until now the entire content team has been 2 people.
This is how I've used AI to make this possible:
Generic AI: "You're right. I should've been building something. Instead I told you all about it."
Circle AI: "Done. You want customers too? Here."

Today is my anniversary of joining @commas 🎉
Here are the biggest learnings from running my own agency to joining a nearly $1 billion startup:
- DO MORE
I used to overthink decisions every day, wouldn't take on deals if the optics weren't perfect, and took too long preparing for opportunities instead of just diving into them.
- SURROUND YOURSELF WITH KILLERS
Unless you plan on staying small, don't accept mediocracy from your team. Hire the best (culture + talent), even if they're more "expensive". They make you a lot more money.
- GET AGGRESSIVELY CREATIVE
If you wanna make any deal happen, then find a way to make it happen. Take some risk.
- MOVE FAST
Take on big risk but move so fast that by the time that deal actualizes, regardless of whether or not it was a good or bad decision, you have already made two or three other good decisions in that time that outweigh them
- BE EVERYWHERE
Be in every room, as many meetings as possible, and keep connecting as no relationship is invaluable. Also aggressively protect your time.
- THERE'S MORE THAN ONE FUNNEL
Coming from the info space we're all used to the same few funnels. There are so many different ways to get creative and generate lots of revenue. Partnerships, JV's, attribution models, paid ads, massive organic launches, etc. get more creative.
- CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT
Create really dope, high-quality content and get a lot of eyeballs on it. Huge for positioning, investors, etc. Expensive but worth it.
This is completely different advice than I'd give you a year ago.
This is what it takes to build something huge.
Congrats to me.
BTS is a must for every launch you have coming up
last week, @theantheaguo and I launched our YC startup @lumeriaskin, earned 2m+ views across platforms, and sold out our first batch in <24 hours.
the video took over two weeks to make and lots of heart, soul, & late nights. here's how we did it. 💛
