According to Home Office documents, Labour's new legal refugee routes are 'initially' from the following countries... Bangladesh India Pakistan Malaysia Egypt Uganda Kenya Initially, being the key word. A Restore Britain Government will reach back and deport every single man, woman and child imported into our home from these schemes - regardless of which status they may hold at that stage. If the law prevents that from happening, Restore Britain MPs will CHANGE THE LAW. We will remove them all, we will deport them all. The British people have had enough.

After the deadly train crash in Spain, people of all ages and sizes rushed to hospitals to donate blood. But Spaniards have noticed one group is missing. Migrants make up 20% of the population, yet they’re nowhere to be seen. So much for solidarity.

this might be my last normal tweet before biotech goes vertical i'm not a whistleblower. I don't work at Lilly, Novo or any of the big labs but there is a massive shift happening in human biology right now. it's sitting in press releases and almost nobody reads them the last 6 months alone: - a once-daily pill roughly doubled median survival in metastatic pancreatic cancer (13.2 vs 6.6 months) - a one-time gene editing infusion cut hereditary angioedema attacks 87%, and 62% of patients stayed attack-free and off all other prevention for 6 months - a one-time gene edit for cholesterol dropped LDL up to 62%, and it held for over a year - a personalized mrna vaccine beat keytruda alone in a 1,137 patient melanoma phase 3 - retatrutide hit ~28% weight loss in a phase 3 - an ai-designed drug entered phase 3 - a pill that regrows hair passed its second phase 3 - an immunotherapy that could let some rectal cancer patients skip surgery, chemo and radiation just got fda approved - a man lived 271 days off dialysis on a pig kidney - human cells were caught passing chromosome-sized chunks of DNA to their neighbors, and it changes how the neighbors behave we are on the verge of an era where the human body is a software problem and the update cycle gets shorter everyday stick around, it's going to get weird bio/acc

Do you have Celtic Eyes? The "Celtic Eye": Popular culture & folklore particularly in Scottish & Irish traditions frequently associate a golden ring around the pupil with Celtic or Gaelic ancestry. The "Second Sight": In historical Scottish Highlands & Western Isles folklore, people with this unique eye pattern were also believed to "second sight" or enhanced intuition.

The name of the government's highly-controversial 'special representative' to oversee its equally controversial definition of 'anti-Muslim hostility' will be announced this week, ministers told Muslim groups at Downing Street yesterday. I understand that the shortlist of 12 includes, though is not limited to: Some of these names have, to say the least, questions over them. Asim, for instance, was sacked as an adviser to the last government after calling for a film about the Prophet Mohammed's daughter to be banned. And the definition itself, as I and others have previously argued, is deeply sinister. In the hands of some of these people, it could be weaponised to do really serious harm. ✍️ Andrew Gilligan Article | spectator.com/article/sayeed… | @mragilligan

🚨 Angela Rayner is expected to appoint an “Islamophobia tsar” by the end of this week, to help enforce the Government’s “anti-Muslim hostility” definition — Islamophobia by another name. As the Free Speech Union warned from the outset, the definition has been used to silence people who criticise, debate or mock Islam. Those targeted include politicians such as Shadow Justice Secretary @NJ_Timothy, @RupertLowe10 and Reform UK’s @RobertJenrick, as well as private citizens. It is a state-approved Islamic blasphemy code. Earlier this year, FSU Policy and Research Director @DavidRoseUK exposed troubling connections between Islamist organisations and all five individuals the Government hand-picked to sit on the working group that drafted the definition. Now the Government is refusing to say which organisations took part in the consultation that shaped it. @NJ_Timothy submitted a Freedom of Information request and was initially told that the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government had deleted every submission — in apparent breach of the Government’s own data policy. The Department later admitted that it does hold the responses, but it still refuses to say which organisations or individuals took part and influenced the definition. What is the Government covering up? Did Islamists help to create a state-approved blasphemy code? @AngelaRayner has serious questions to answer. On Tuesday, the Prime Minister met Muslim community leaders in Downing Street and told them: “We want to counter any form of hatred, discrimination, Islamophobia, wherever we find it.” Sitting next to him was Akeela Ahmed, one of the five members of the working group. In 2018, she called for the Islamophobia definition published by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on British Muslims to have “legal power” so that it could be “implemented by the government and the police”. She later told MPs that Islamophobia “cannot simply be reduced to or restricted to hate crime”, complaining that a columnist could write about a “Muslim problem” without it being treated as Islamophobia, “or simply being seen as free speech”. She also wanted the definition to cover “microaggressions during school runs”. All of this considered, there is little reason to hope that whoever becomes tsar will be good news for free speech. Among the frontrunners is Sayeeda Warsi, the former Conservative Party co-chairman and now a crossbench peer. She has refused to distance herself from extremists, claiming that doing so would be “playing by the rules set by the racists”, and has said that the term “Islamist” is “often a fig leaf used by Islamophobes to disguise their bigotry”. The FSU has launched a legal challenge to stop this definition. Parliament abolished the blasphemy laws in 2008; we will not allow a new one to return under a new name. Help us stop an Islamic blasphemy law in Britain 👇

🚨The UK just secretly flew 24,000 Afghans into the country and made it illegal for the press to even cover the story. Now, it turns out all of them get free housing and welfare for "the rest of their lives" without ever having to work. Doomed country.

Ok, so soon we will see WHY twitter accounts were banned. Right @elonmusk - make @bot take all the requests and orders and make them into a film to demonstrate their ability to assess, collate and provide a total picture of the incident. That would be a good bot flex. record the process of them talking and doing

HUMANITARIAN LEADERS EN ROUTE TO OLESHKY Let’s remain united in support and wish them safety as they approach Oleshky.   May this humanitarian mission end the suffering and begin a new chapter of durable peace between Russia and Ukraine.
I am still on my way to Oleshky. Our humanitarian mission is ongoing. ℹ️ I see that people on social media are already commenting that I am on the territory of the Russian Federation. Many questions and provocative messages are emerging. I want to clarify: I am going there to be on the ground in person and see what is happening firsthand, and to keep you informed about the progress of the mission. I ask you to trust official sources and not draw conclusions based on unverified reports. ☝️ One cannot even imagine how difficult these negotiations have been, and how long they took to get me to where I am now. But we have only made it halfway toward our goal. That is why I ask you to please hold all questions until I return home. Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make this mission possible, including citizens of the United States of America who contributed to this process. My thanks also go to all Ukrainians who took part in rallies abroad and made sure that the issue of Oleshky did not disappear from the public agenda. Thank you to everyone who made an effort to help. ❗️ And finally, let me answer one question: why am I going there in person? Because when it comes to saving people, it is important to be there with them. It is important to understand what is happening on the ground and to make every possible effort to ensure that the agreement reached is implemented. And if I had to go there to save just one person, I would do it again. I believe this is my duty as Ombudsman. When there are people — our people — who need help, we must save them. Period.
