Worried about the headlines around the reported Binance hack? This is a great overview to help make sense of what’s being reported. Well worth a read 👇
1/ The Binance hack is massive, but the actual market impact could be very different from the headline numbers.
With much of the stolen stablecoins already frozen, the bigger question is which altcoins the hacker can still dump.
I went through the hacker's wallet and compared the holdings against trading volume and market cap. 🧵

The DTCC Tokenization Service is live on @CantonNetwork.
Today’s launch caps a path that started with a December 2025 No-Action Letter from the SEC, authorizing DTC to tokenize Russell 1000 constituents, major-index ETFs, and U.S. Treasuries.
In July, more than 30 TradFi and digital-asset firms validated the service on Canton, setting up today’s full production launch.
DTC is now minting tokenized representations of those securities, with 21 DTC Participants live at launch, including Citadel Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley, State Street, UBS, and Vanguard. It’s a foundational step in bringing capital markets and the broader financial ecosystem onchain on Canton Network.
Congratulations to @The_DTCC and every participating firm.

Before a Canton governance proposal goes public, its authors consult with users, Super Validators, and validators.
Proposals change and are built on based on that feedback.
Stability matters for institutions with production workloads.
@ShaulKfir discusses with @LongViewCrypto.
Hot take: the most useful on-chain documents will not be documents people read.
They will be verified agreements that trigger the next authorized action: payment, settlement, approval or compliance, while preserving a clear audit trail.
What workflow would you put on-chain first?
Building on Solana today or preparing for Stellar, Base, Hyperliquid or Monad?
Memora is creating secure routes into Canton with independent verification, standard CIP-56 issuance and ecosystem activation built in.

🚨HUGE: DTCC SAYS THEIR NEW TECH COULD EXCEED OVER $20 TRILLION TRANSACTIONS PER DAY! $LINK $XLM
DTCC's Dan Doney says their technology could help automate financial transactions exceeding $20 TRILLION DAILY!
Now consider DTCC's work with @chainlink and @StellarOrg to connect traditional financial infrastructure with blockchain networks and tokenise their TRILLIONS OF ASSETS.
SOLx arrives on Canton as a standard CIP-56 holding, not a bespoke bridge token.
That means Canton wallets and venues can hold and use it through an established ecosystem standard, without building around a one-off asset format.

On Saturday, Canton MainNet swapped its ordering consensus engine.
800+ nodes moved to Canton BFT, a multi-leader, parallel-ordering protocol, with almost no downtime.
Nobody noticed. That’s the point.
The upgrade mechanism itself is now proven: deep protocol changes on a live, decentralized network, while it keeps running. And Canton BFT is the foundation for much higher throughput.
