Excited to officially announce the launch of Pax Fund I, a $50M early stage vehicle dedicated to founders transforming the foundational categories of society.ย ๐บ๐ธ๐
Wrote a bit about my journey and the thinking behind Pax below:
Huge for securing our critical infrastructure ๐ค
Method and Palantir are announcing the Cardinal Program: a consortium of AI, infrastructure, and security partners to strengthen national cyber resilience.
Americaโs municipalities, water and power utilities, and critical infrastructure operators now face cyber adversaries armed with AI.
Their defenders should not have to stand alone.
Cardinal will provide select municipalities, utilities, and critical infrastructure operators with free, opt-in, continuous autonomous security assessments - with expert operators and human oversight.
If your organization protects critical systems or public services, we want to hear from you.
Let the lithium flow
Today we're celebrating the first concrete pour at Lithium One! The foundation is underway in advance of going vertical next month.

Bringing cyber resilience to Space.
Method is proud to announce a $30M STRATFI award (Strategic Funding Increase) to equip the U.S. Space Force with the autonomous cyber infrastructure it needs to win in a contested space environment.
Weโre looking for the countryโs best engineers and cyber operators to join us in support of this mission.

The Army sees what I see. That our team is ready to build. And build a better more resilient America, we will. The US Military is the largest purchaser of energy in the world. Awarding Radiant $750M to deploy 15 reactors beginning in 2028 is a huge vote of confidence in our product, manufacturing capabilities, and our team.
Thank you @Waksman84 and @OwenWest91 for your leadership. We are looking forward to working with @DIU_x @USArmy
The @USArmy has awarded Radiant $750 million to deliver 15 Kaleidos microreactors through the Janus program, one of the largest contracts @DIU_x has issued to date.
The Army launched the Janus Program to strengthen the energy resilience of military installations and mission-critical infrastructure. Radiant was chosen after extensive evaluation of reactor design, technical maturity, manufacturing readiness, deployment strategy, and commercial viability. Radiantโs 15 microreactors will enable the Army to deploy nuclear power across multiple locations. In tandem, the operational data acquired through the Program will accelerate commercial deployments across a global footprint of commercial customers.

Turns out after 30+ years of a misdiagnosis, I am not in fact allergic to penicillin.
Wild that there are so many people who could be in the same boat! I remember listening to this podcast and thinking I should get re-tested and now here we are.

With great power (insanely capable AI) comes great responsibility (insanely capable cybersecurity)
America's elite security teams are now asking: how do we safely wield AI for real-world cyber operations?
Models and agents alone can't be trusted.
Operators need new cyber mission systems: platforms that bring this intelligence into their workflows with their tools, their tradecraft, and their rules of engagement.
These systems have to work wherever conflict plays out: inside our companies, at the tactical edge, and in orbit.
Method builds those systems.
Our customers in the US Government and America's critical enterprises use them in production to test their resilience and deter their adversaries.
I've had the same conversation with 10+ early-stage founders in the last few months.
Everyone wants to raise a crazy round because a friend or competitor did, VCs will happily fund it, and they've been conditioned to believe anything less is failure.
As an industry, we've lost sight of what hype and capital are for. They're supposed to be a means, not the end. Instead, weโve built a reward structure that pays for signaling value rather than creating it.
My latest on status games, kamikaze rounds, and a colonel who never made general because he chose to do something instead of be somebody โ and made a bigger mark for it.

Replying to @MichelleVolz
Hadrian was one of the first in the reindustrialization movement and in many ways, paved the way for all the new companies starting.
Huge congrats to the whole team. It takes years and blood, sweat, and tears to build something huge and impactful.
Letโs build more factories! ๐ญ
Hadrian is announcing our $1.37B Series D - watch below for a comprehensive update on our plans to reinvest billions to meet generational demand for Factories-as-a-service & Opus, our physical AI platform for factory autonomy โ as well as full stack munitions production, advanced foundries, international expansion, drone dominance, the Organic Industrial Base, and most importantly, increase Equity stakes for our workforce in LA, Alabama and Arizona.
Thank you to our team and investors for enabling us to accelerate our mission to reshore, rescale and upgrade the Defense Industrial Base.
The Factory is the Product.

Big news!
We are excited to announce our $310 million Series B financing, led by Khosla Ventures, with continued support from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and new participation from Greenoaks, Halo Fund, Pax Ventures, StepStone Group, BHP Ventures, Washington Harbour Partners, Greycroft, General Innovation Capital Partners, Mitsubishi Corporation, In-Q-Tel (IQT), and Earthshot Ventures.
Demand for critical minerals continues to accelerate across every major industry, and building a vertically-integrated company focused on end-to-end autonomy, speed to market, and lowering costs is the only answer to meet the challenge. Our Series B is another crucial step in building the mining company of the future, today โ and weโre not waiting to get started.

Letโs build more homes ๐ก
I knew @rileymeik and @DeveloperHarris BEFORE they started American Housing Corp... the progress they've made in 2 years is nuts.
Tomorrow on S3: the first look at their first house.
