And YAGA keeps rising up @RottenTomatoes’s list of Best TV Shows for October; it has knocked some of other faves down the list, now sitting at #10. Don’t forget to stream episode 3 tomorrow. And tell your friends and neighbors to watch it, too🤗😌

That’s why I keep talking about YAGA’s meteoric success. Imagine if that show had flopped. Hey god. I don’t even want to picture the statements on this app. The best thing that happened to Hudson is building his own base brick by brick and proving what a force he is.

a white man had to change his hispanic name to get jobs in hollywood but storrievillagerlovesgodnor says it’s talent that gets you jobs in hollywood and not your skin color

Martin Sheen says one of his biggest regrets is not working under his real name, Ramón Estévez, because a Hispanic surname in 1959 New York was not an advantage. He told Josh Horowitz on Happy Sad Confused. "Officially, I've never changed my name." "There was great prejudice in the city against the Puerto Ricans" "I regret it deeply" "And then I frankly I begged him to keep it." He's talking about Emilio, who stayed Estevez. Charlie went with Sheen. One father, two sons, two different names, and he still wishes he'd kept his own. ft: @joshuahorowitz Happy Sad Confused on youtube

and thank you to John Mulaney for bringing awareness to Patrick Stewart delivering one of the best SNL musical guest intros of all time

Patrick Stewart was one of the finest contemporary Shakespearean performers who also happened to be a sci-fi and comic book film legend. He brought his stage gravitas to every role no matter what. Have a toast to his memory tonight.

It gives me great pleasure to share that “Patrick Stewart Performs the Complete Sonnets of William Shakespeare” is available now! If you followed my Sonnet-A-Day pandemic series, you’ll know the inspiration behind this project and the wonderful community that brought this to life.  All 154 of Shakespeare’s Sonnets, recorded with commentary by yours truly, are now available: bit.ly/PatrickStewartSonnets @SimonAudio

And as much as he’d like too, he knows he can’t convince Shane that a heart this full isn’t something to be ashamed of either. So he does the only thing he can and holds Shane a little tighter. “I’ve got you,” David murmurs. “Even when it hurts.”
