Solid complaint, damages are always hard this early on but in DC it makes sense to put them this high with these claims.
I think that this is very likely to survive pleading stage and will make it to discovery. If so, Jennings would be smart to settle before he has to actually produce anything.
Also, props for including multiple paragraphs of Jennings shitting on Trump and calling for Democrats to be put into camps, glad it’s in a public record.
Obviously Hasan and I have our differences, but I think he’s got a strong footing and hope he’s successful in taking down a wannabe Goebbels like Jennings.
