BREAKING: The Senate just blocked the Stop Insider Trading Act from advancing. 53–47, with 60 votes needed.
ALL 53 Republicans voted YES.
ALL 45 Democrats and both independents voted NO.
Republicans had also attached unrelated voter ID requirements, and the bill still allowed lawmakers to keep existing stocks.
Democrats opposed those provisions and argued the trading restrictions didn’t go far enough.
So we get another political fight, and the people writing the rules keep trading the companies affected by them.
Fucking wild. Put a clean stock-trading ban on the floor. I want to see who says NO to that.

🚨 RUBIO JUST SAID THE NUMBER THEY NEVER WANTED ON TV 🚨
Americans work 40 years.
They retire.
Social Security: $800. $900. A thousand a month.
Somebody who got here from Cuba three months ago: $1,500 a month.
Marco Rubio said it out loud.
“So imagine if you’ve been working here for 40 years and your Social Security check is smaller than the benefits going to a 28-year-old, able-bodied person who just got here. That’s real. That happens. That’s happening every day. That makes no sense.”
You paid in.
They landed.
They beat your check.
That’s not compassion.
That’s a slap in the face with your own tax dollars.

People will spend $50 to get a mediocre lukewarm burrito delivered to their door, but won’t pay for the maxed out version of AI tools that give them access to infinite intelligence.
This is your competition.
Streaming spent ten years trying to kill cable just to turn directly back into it.
If I'm paying for a subscription, I should never see a single ad

🚨 BREAKING: THIS IS HUGE. THE WHITE HOUSE JUST PUT AMERICAN LAYOFFS DIRECTLY INTO THE H-1B REVIEW PROCESS.
President Trump signed a new executive order TODAY.
Federal agencies are now directed to consider whether an H-1B sponsoring employer:
Laid off similarly situated American workers during the previous year
OR
Plans to lay them off in the future.
And there’s more.
The Labor Department has 30 DAYS to begin reviewing previously submitted H-1B Labor Condition Applications to determine whether action against sponsoring employers is warranted.
Think about the implications.
A company lays off thousands of American tech workers.
Then turns around and says it needs H-1B workers.
The government is now explicitly being told:
LOOK AT THE LAYOFFS.
This is exactly the question companies should have been forced to answer all along.

Obama: No illegal immigrants should be allowed to work here. Companies should be required to offer a job to American citizens at a good wage before offering the job to a guest worker.
Apparently this is all racist now.

Let’s get this straight, sanctuary states are terrified they will lose federal funds because hundreds of thousands of illegals and noncitizens might remove themselves from American welfare programs.
This is the ideological contortion required by left-wing leaders to justify their defrauding of the American taxpayer at the hands of illegal criminals.
DHS has heard for months that illegal aliens weren’t using these very same welfare programs. So, which is it?

🚨BREAKING: The Trump Administration has invoked the long-unenforced Immigration Act of 1882 to prohibit entry into the United States of “any convict, lunatic, idiot, or any person unable to take care of himself or herself without becoming a public charge.”
Ultimately, this will allow the Trump Administration to deny green cards to immigrants who are likely to use federal welfare, food stamps, or Medicaid, and to revoke the green cards of immigrants who are currently using these programs.
The new rule is set to take effect Friday, September 18.
As a result, 5.6 million immigrants are expected to lose access to those benefits, and American taxpayers are expected to save $13 billion per year.

Japan shows more reverence for and solidarity with 9/11 victims than the current jihadist commie mayor of New York.
