I am islamophobic because:
1. I don’t want little girls raped.
2. I respect women’s rights.
3. I think halal slaughter is cruel.
4. I hate terrorism.
“Islamophobia” is just a word used to shield Islam from criticism.
Label me whatever you want, I really don’t give a shit.
My morals will never change.

Good to see that Dan will be writing about #West28thStreet loan recalls, yet another injustice of #LoanChargeScandal as thousands face LC and loan repayment demands on the SAME RECEIPTS!

Funny how HMRC hasn’t passed an audit for 24 years in a row but meanwhile you shall tell us everything at transactional level.
Meanwhile the large multinational corporates smile smugly from the sidelines whilst doing inter company transactions thus avoiding tax liability

some of these victims are now being asked to pay back these loans in full by third-parties as well as the disputed tax by HMRC. Its a total mess. What's your opinion on these third-parties?

You Tories let HMRC get away with gross incompetence and lies. You Tories allowed Accelerated payment notices, allowed retrospective taxation to get on the stature books. You Tories allowed them free reign over tax payers rights and the stamped them into the dirt. Lying Tories.

The users of at least one scheme were told by HMRC that they owed the tax and must pay up or pay the Loan Charge. After literally YEARS of back and forth, HMRC have accepted that those users who hadn’t already settled are due a PAYE credit and many owe absolutely nothing to HMRC.

That's consistent with a Gov department that lobbied to legislate for the punitive and restrospective law that's killed at least 13 taxpayers via #LoanChargeSuicides. With no impact assessment, despite the certainty of huge impact on families involved. @loanchargeAPPG

The same @hmtreasury who covered up institutional incompetence that led to #LoanChargeScandal , lobbied for retrospective legislation that's resulted in suicides for impacted taxpayers, and now wants @HMRCgovuk to steal money from people's bank accounts. 🤨

This shouldn't come to as any surprise to those who've followed @hmtreasury and @HMRCgovuk collusion to cover-up years of institutional incompetence by lobbying to create retrospective #LoanCharge legislation that's killed at least 13 taxpayers and destroyed 000s of lives

Together they represent one of the biggest transfers of wealth from households and businesses to the Treasury in decades – with little to show for it in public services.
Whether you're a business owner employing staff, a parent paying school fees, a farmer planning succession, an entrepreneur building wealth or simply someone trying to save for your family’s future...
- You keep less of what you earn.
- You keep less of what you invest.
- You leave less for your family.
Death by a thousand cuts.

Great to see that my local MP @SarahGreenLD attended this talk. It's imperative that oversight of @HMRCgovuk is drastically overhauled. It's equally critical that we see some momentum behind a #TaxpayerBillOfRights to protect taxpayers from tyranny @loanchargeAPPG @taxwatch

Loan Charge victims tried to warn the general public about HMRC overreach and using retrospective legislation (with no right of appeal) to hide their blushes, now they're coming for your bank accounts.
What will it take for the citizens to tell them to GTF?!

Please support this important initiative. The changes being lobbied for include holding civil servants to account for their decisions. The #loancharges would not have happened if this had been enacted in law. Those responsible would have feared prosecution. @loanchargeAPPG

Please share this post, email your MP urging them to include legislators under the offence, and back us monthly at execprosec.org. We're running on barely any money, yet this is one of the most important issues in the country, and I need to hire people to help.
