This is what happened when one consumer called PPL’s transition hotline. The call lasted 95 min. It did not go well.
This is PPL’s hotline. If they can’t handle a phone call, how can they handle the care of 280k New Yorkers?

Governor @KathyHochul plans to hand over the entire CDPAP Home care program to one corporation PPL.
PPL has a terrible history of unpaid caregivers and unresponsiveness in other states.
It's not too late, tell your representatives that you say NO to this transition.
It is so important that we bring a strong showing - we have to show the Governor that New Yorkers are still willing to fight against corporate monopoly takeovers for healthcare.
