I am taking @VP’s Pledge to Protect Americans from Fraud. At Treasury, we follow the money.
Over the past year, Treasury returned $175 million in payments that would have gone to deceased individuals and expanded Do Not Pay access to 99% of federal programs. Further, we stopped almost $190 million and returned over $100 million in funds that had gone overseas to U.S. victims. We ordered an audit of approximately $9 billion in Treasury contracts. And Treasury and the IRS proposed stronger eligibility checks for health insurance tax credits.
In Minnesota, we took targeted measures to help ensure that taxpayer dollars reach the vulnerable Americans they are meant to support. And we continue working with U.S. banks to prevent government benefits fraud before it happens.
But fraud does not stop at our borders, and neither do we. Overseas scam networks and cartels that prey on elderly Americans with fraud schemes are now sanctioned by the United States. Treasury is also making it easier for those with firsthand knowledge of fraud to expose it by accepting confidential whistleblower tips and offering cash rewards. If these fraudsters want to turn on each other, we welcome the assistance.
The Trump Administration will not allow criminals, at home or abroad, to profit from programs intended to help vulnerable Americans.

Great! Now follow the money for the Title IV funds of federal financial aid for colleges that got transfered to your dept from Demt of Education, and youll see that all the universities are lying, not complying, with fedeal laws for receiving these funds, such as Civil Rights Law, via their covert continuance of illegal DEI discriminatiin under the guise of different named labels for it, e.g. "Belongingness", MOSAIC, and other euphemisms. Its widespread national network of fraud for the billions, @SecScottBessent

Following the money is a good start. Now follow it all the way to accountability.
Treasury cites millions in recovered and prevented payments, expanded fraud detection, and billions in contracts under audit. But announcements are not the same as independently verified results.
Where are the completed audits? Who received the questionable payments? Which contractors or officials were involved? How much taxpayer money was actually recovered, and how many individuals have been prosecuted?
Fraud investigations must reach everyone involved, including politically connected individuals, corporations, government contractors, and public officials.
Publish the evidence, disclose the findings, and pursue accountability wherever the facts lead.
American taxpayers deserve transparency, not selective enforcement or political talking points.
Against Fraud?
In the past month, I disappeared because I tried to fix my tariff evasion case by myself, but I found other fraud in my case.
A post-judgment lawyer told me that the FCA qui tam lawyer must subpoena the CBP entry summary to verify and audit my report instead of using my report to the AUSA without any audit. However, that is what happened in my case. In the end, the defendant only paid $single-digit million penalty instead of a penalty of close to $100 million.
It happened because my lawyer didn't subpoena the CBP entry summary, although I requested it many times within six months. It caused me to wrongly count the shipment data. Moreover, their tariff evasion rate. I was misled by the lawyer in the damages report. The lawyer created a damages report and filled in the HTS code, in which some HTS codes were filled in with "Granted". Based on this report, I was misled into signing the single-digit million settlement agreement.
Some senior officers in the Trump administration claim that they care about the fraud. How about my case?
Again, the defendant just paid a single-digit million penalty instead of a penalty of close to $100 million.
I come from Hong Kong, but I care about your money. How about the Trump administration? If you read my post, you should know that it is a tariff-evading group. Moreover, one tariff-evading company is a listed company on the US stock market.
