Everytime we have a call with the CJP North East team, it becomes impossible to hear the plight of fellow Manipurians.
They have been saying this for a while - "Bhaiyya we all feel abandoned".
I am not sure what to say in such a moment, for I can't even imagine what the people of Manipur are going through.
Let me just say this - @Cockroachisback stands in complete solidarity with the people of Manipur. We sincerely hope that peace comes to your beautiful state, for you all deserve the same happiness as the rest of India.

Deeply concerned by the devastation caused by Cyclone Arnab in Andhra Pradesh and the heavy rainfall and flooding in Odisha.
My heartfelt condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones. My thoughts are with everyone affected, those who have lost their homes, livelihoods and a sense of security.
I urge the governments to ensure swift relief and rehabilitation for every affected family during this difficult time.

ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଜାରି ରହିଥିବା ପ୍ରବଳ ବାତ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ବନ୍ୟା ଜନିତ ସଙ୍କଟ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲୋକସେବା ଆୟୋଗ (OPSC) ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆସନ୍ତା ୩୧ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୦୨୬ ରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଶିକ୍ଷା ସେବା (OES) ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷାକୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଘୁଞ୍ଚାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ଲୋକସଭା ସାଂସଦ ରାଜ୍ୟର ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଏକ ଜରୁରୀ ପତ୍ର ଲେଖି ହସ୍ତକ୍ଷେପ ଲୋଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି।
ଆଜି ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ସାଂସଦଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଏକାଧିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ସାକ୍ଷାତ କରି ନିଜର ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶା ଜଣାଇବା ସହ ଏକ ସ୍ମାରକପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହା ସହିତ ଗଞ୍ଜାମ, ଗଜପତି, ରାୟଗଡ଼ା, କୋରାପୁଟ, ମାଲକାନଗିରି, ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଏବଂ କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଆଦି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରୁ ଶହ ଶହ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଟେଲିଫୋନ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମୋତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅସହାୟତା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଅବଗତ କରାଇଛନ୍ତି।
ମୁଁ ସାଂସଦ ଭାବେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଆକର୍ଷଣ କରି ଦର୍ଶାଇଛନ୍ତି ଯେ:
ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ସମସ୍ୟା: ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଏକ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଭାବେ ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ରହିଥିବା ବେଳେ ବାତ୍ୟା ଓ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ ସହର ଏବଂ ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ ସମସ୍ୟା ଗୁରୁତର ରୂପ ନେଇଛି।
ଯାତାୟାତ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଠପ୍: ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଘରୋଇ ତଥା ସରକାରୀ ବସ୍ ଚଳାଚଳ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବାଧାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି, ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଦୂରଦୂରାନ୍ତରୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ରକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ଅସମ୍ଭବ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି।
ରେଡ୍ ଓ ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ଚେତାବନୀ: ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୬ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପାଇଁ ରେଡ୍ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଏବଂ ୧୬ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପାଇଁ ଅରେଞ୍ଜ ୱାର୍ଣ୍ଣିଂ ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି, ଯାହା ଯାତ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିପଦଜନକ।
ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଓ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ବିଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ: ବାତ୍ୟା ଓ ବନ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ସରବରାହ ଏବଂ ମୋବାଇଲ ନେଟୱାର୍କ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟସ୍ତ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଥିବାରୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ଆଡମିଟ କାର୍ଡ ଡାଉନଲୋଡ କରିବା କିମ୍ବା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୀୟ ସୂଚନା ପାଇବାରେ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି।
ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଛୁଟି ବାତିଲ: ବାତ୍ୟା ଓ ବନ୍ୟା ମୁକାବିଲା ତଥା ରିଲିଫ୍ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଛୁଟି ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୩୧ ଯାଏଁ ବାତିଲ କରାଯାଇଥିବାରୁ ଚାକିରି କରୁଥିବା ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ ଆସିବା ଅସମ୍ଭବ।
ମାନସିକ ଚାପ: ଏପରି ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ଏବଂ ଶେଷ ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତର ତାରିଖ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କାରଣରୁ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଗଭୀର ମାନସିକ ଚାପ ଓ ଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି।
