sorry @moonfarm_dev, i can't resist

i did it again and failed
tried to make progress on everything at once and barely moved anything forward
something @AlexHormozi said stuck with me:
"get really good at one thing instead of juggling ten"
but for me:
i canβt drop work, family or most of my commitments
but i can reduce friction, stop context switching and focus at one thing at a time
so hereβs my plan:
π marathon prep β zone 2 only for now
π₯ timelapses β same setup, every single time
π οΈ building β walklock first, then a scalable website redesign agency with cold outreach
less switching, more finishing, more progress at a time
if you see me chasing another shiny idea:
call me out
pls keep me accountable π
my wife completely redesigned my home office π₯Ή
but thereβs one thing ruining the whole vibe
that ugly ceiling light π
i hate it so much i barely even turn it on
now i want to make the room feel even cozier
looking for some lighting inspo π‘
warm indirect lighting, LED strips, panels, anything that gives it a modern, cozy vibe
iβm already thinking about adding an LED strip behind the wooden shelf with the model cars
bonus: it should make my walking + working timelapses look better in the dark
@stemonte @StefanRows you have banger office setups π₯
any lighting or setup recommendations?
what would you add to this room?
wifey is the best π₯Ή
yesterday i came home from work and barely recognized my home office
she completely redesigned it without me knowing a thing π€―
iβd been unhappy with the room for a while:
random gym equipment, office stuff everywhere, no real organization
so she took matters into her own hands
ποΈ new cabinets
πͺ΅ wooden shelf
π¨ wall painted in my favorite color:
british racing green
she even order our dads to build everything
and the best part was what she said:
βyou spend half your day in this room, it should be a place you loveβ
iβm still speechless π₯Ήβ€οΈ

iβve spent so much time optimizing my workflows
then my wife redesigned my entire home office as a surprise π₯°
new cabinets, a wooden shelf and a british racing green wall
she basically reminded me that the room i spend half my day in matters too

before building another SaaS, i'm trying this
1. promise one specific outcome
2. put a real price on it
3. offer to deliver it manually
4. automate what people actually buy
much less code to write
much harder to hide from customers
Day 13 building while walking
4:46 am (late today)
walked 4.005 steps
switched camera back to iphone + DJI mimo
still working at the lightning setup
but still a waay better output π₯
what do u think?
late building today
doin' the best out of the time:
1. mailing a invoice to a customer
2. sending a cold outreach mail with a redesign
3. prepare the landing page to hook a new customer
lots of work to do, back to building!
what time is it at your side?
