Yes. On top of that I’ve lost my voice. Had my 8th graders laugh about it. Tried to get it back all week. Felt like crap so I took today off.

I had two kids zip tie their legs together during a chem lab while standing at the lab station, so yeah, I’m done.

I'm blown away by the fact I had the library locked while I was out on plan, came back to a sped para testing kids in there and not paying attention to the three upperclassmen skipping. Asked them what was up and one kid had hit the vape right before I saw them. He exhaled a little and knew he was busted. He gave up the vape, I wrote it up, and he gets a 3 day suspension. I told the para that if they want to use the library and I am not there to tell me beforehand and lock the door so kids don't sneak in to skip.

I’m retired! But I used to be in bed by 7:00, the latest on Fridays. I couldn’t keep my eyes open!!!!

This week felt like 4 years. Had to do another DCS report this week because one 12 year old "pantsed" another in the lunch line. And in the hallway as they pass, they "didn't do nuffin."

Absolutely! I find that I’m dragging Friday afternoon. We try to get some rest on the weekend but have to do all the stuff we didn’t do during the week… laundry, cleaning, go through mail… and then it is Monday again

Yes and then had to drive 5+ hours -through construction-to see my bro in the hospital!!!

My daughter certainly was today. Her day started off having to deal with a disruptive middle school student, then at the end of a Friday (!) she had to take a meeting! Ugh 😩
