Identity theft and the fraud that comes with it are a documented problem in the two countries that supply most of the H-1B pipeline.
Turning our high trust society into a low trust society one visa at a time...
India ranked first among surveyed countries in 2022 for adult identity-theft victims, with an estimated 27.2 million. TransUnion measured India’s suspected digital fraud rate at 7.1 percent in 2025, nearly double the global average of 3.8 percent. Account login was the highest-risk stage. Sophos found that about 77 percent of surveyed organizations in India experienced at least one identity-related breach in the prior year. Large secondary datasets of Aadhaar and related identifiers have repeatedly shown up for sale on dark-web forums. Indian police have opened cases where stolen or forged Aadhaar and PAN documents were used for tens of crores in fraudulent transactions. UIDAI has deactivated more than 20 million “ghost” Aadhaar numbers tied to deceased persons after cross-checking death registries.
China’s Enforcement Directorate investigations in India have traced Chinese nationals as the main operators behind most illegal instant loan apps and related crypto scams. The apps offer short-term loans through mobile phones, require broad access to contacts, photos, and other phone data, then use that data for blackmail and harassment when borrowers miss the high-interest, short-term terms. The ED has identified roughly Rs 28,000 crore in crime proceeds from these networks. China-linked contractors and groups have also been documented pulling large volumes of foreign identity data, including tens of gigabytes of Indian immigration, flight, and visa records. The same system runs extensive collection of its own citizens’ identifiers through national ID, facial recognition, and social-credit infrastructure.
Those two source countries supply the large majority of H-1B petitions and renewals. The same system that brings the workers also places many of them inside companies that hold government mail, health records, financial data, and critical infrastructure.
Screening is a weak paper exercise Background checks, as well, nobody is conducting onsite interviews.
It sure is a good thing the two largest source countries for the program that puts foreign engineers next to American systems are so carefully screened that identity theft and data exposure stay over there, and that sensitive U.S. information is never offshored into those environments.
Otherwise, every day we would be hearing of an other data breach of our financial, medical, and government data.
Right?
Question:
How many more times does the same source-country pattern and the same incomplete control have to appear before the default path for government and critical systems stops treating the screening paperwork as the actual barrier?

A Microsoft whistleblower claim is circulating that an engineer based in India received approval through the company’s escort process to view logs in a Government Community Cloud Moderate environment.
Microsoft has not confirmed or denied the specific access - we all know what that likely means. The company’s published description of GCC says personnel do not have standing access to customer content and that temporary elevated permissions require U.S. citizenship checks. Just because escort arrangements exist on paper doesn't mean accountability follows.
Americans widely agree only Americans should be anywhere close to this data.
This is following a cascade of issues we are seeing with foreign IT.
Congressional health records were compromised in a March 2026 breach of RXNT, the electronic prescribing system used by the Office of the Attending Physician. An unauthorized actor accessed the platform for two days and exfiltrated data that included names, addresses, dates of birth, physician names, and prescription information for members of Congress and others. Notification to lawmakers came nearly two months later. The incident exposed prescription details tied to sitting members of Congress through a third-party system.
A 2025 ProPublica investigation raised the same issue with China-based engineers on Defense Department systems. Microsoft later stopped using those China-based teams for that work.
This is one allegation. It sits next to a longer list of documented cases where Microsoft systems that carry government data had known flaws, late patches, or incomplete controls. SolarWinds. Hafnium. Storm-0558. Midnight Blizzard. SharePoint. ConnectWise. In each one the company kept the contract and kept the model.
The same model is not limited to government cloud. The same companies place H-1B and other visa workers in healthcare systems, financial systems, and critical infrastructure. The economic case is lower cost and easier replacement. The security case is that the person with the access has a different set of incentives, a different set of obligations, and a different home government. When the access is to logs, mail, or systems that hold government, health, or financial data, the difference is not theoretical.
Vice President Vance and the Labor Department have already said Microsoft and others abused the visa and green-card process while laying off American workers. The access pattern is clear and Pete Hegseth has transparently exposed the damage to our military systems.
The question is not whether one engineer in one screenshot saw one log. The question is whether the profit from keeping the visa pipeline open is still worth the accumulated risk across national security, healthcare, and finance.
Question:
How many more times does the same company get to put a non-citizen engineer next to government or critical systems before the default path stops being the one that keeps accepting the risk for the margin?
Drop the shop if you have watched the same sequence on a smaller contract. The pattern is the part that does not reset.

So we officially have resupply drops from orbit. Seems to me I have played this in a few games before.
JUST IN: The U.S. Air Force has tested a SpaceX $SPCX spacecraft carrying military supplies through space, advancing plans to deliver critical equipment anywhere on Earth in as little as one hour.
On October 20, a SpaceX Falcon 9 launched the Starfall reentry capsule carrying experimental cargo pods developed by the Air Force Research Laboratory.
The pods contained communications equipment, batteries, survival supplies, medical equipment and a water desalination system.
Sensors monitored temperature, shock and vibration to assess how military equipment withstands launch and atmospheric reentry.
The Pentagon's longer-term Rocket Cargo program aims to transport tens of tons of supplies to remote or contested locations, potentially reaching military forces without access to runways or roads.
AFRL confirmed the test flight, but has not published detailed cargo-performance results or demonstrated operational point-to-point delivery.
The technology could eventually allow rockets to complement conventional military transport aircraft during emergencies or combat operations.

UNDERCOVER: GAVIN NEWSOM SAYS THE DSA IS "GOING TO BE DOMINANT" AND "MAINSTREAM" IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!
"The DSA, the energy and the desire and demand for bold change, not incremental change, is very much going to be dominant. I mean, that's going to be a mainstream Democratic movement. Absolutely. No question about that."
That's California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a likely 2028 presidential candidate, speaking to an undercover journalist while campaigning in New Hampshire.
Asked by a "younger voter" who said "we don't want Kamala Harris, we want more democratic socialist policies":
"No one is arguing to manage the status quo and fail more efficiently."
"You can't play in the margins anymore. The system's broken. It's completely unbalanced, and we can't manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine."

🧵🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: International actors are involved in the State Department led color revolution 🚨🚨
This is not speculation; it’s straight from a recorded call.
Ex-USAID employees describe how, before January 20, they moved internal groups off government systems and into encrypted Signal chats, then quickly linked with foreign partners and NGOs after the inauguration. This attempt at creating a color revolution isn't new news; this part was already reported in NOTUS earlier this year.
But what's not reported is the international aspect. One participant explicitly frames it as "a global anti-authoritarian movement," connecting U.S. officials with "colleagues from around the world who have dealt with this directly."
They reference coordination with Johns Hopkins, "international democracy and conflict mitigation spaces," and efforts to mobilize across borders against what they perceive as domestic authoritarianism.
At what point does this become treason?
As always, patience as I pull together this thread.

Erika Kirk is fighting to get her husband’s accused killer to trial in 2027 instead of 2029.
Tyler Robinson’s defense is pushing for late 2029, saying they need years to go through the evidence in a death penalty case. Prosecutors have said they can be ready by October 2027.
Erika’s team called the 2029 date “grossly out of line.” They’re pointing to the toll this keeps taking on Charlie’s young kids and Utah’s right for victims to have a speedy resolution.
Four years is too long for justice to be served.

Will Mark Carney do right and tell von der Leyen to bugger off? If he won't, then the Canadian people will have to fix it, and maybe a new freedom convoy would then be in order.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
On October 14th I wrote to you about Bank of America @BankofAmerica.
You did not answer. 3.6 million Americans did.
I want to tell you what that looked like from where I sit, because I do not think Washington understands it yet. The messages did not come from one side. They came from Republicans and Democrats, from veterans and nurses and small business owners, from people who have not agreed with each other about anything in a decade. They all said a version of the same sentence. We have had enough.
That is what a national security issue looks like when it finally breaks through. It does not pick a party. It belongs to everyone who has a kid, a bank account, or a flag on the porch.
So let me be plain about my concern. I am worried that nothing is going to happen. The fine has been announced. The press cycle is already turning. In a few weeks the number will be forgotten and the bank will be back to business. I have watched this exact sequence play out before, and I am writing to you now, while there is still a window, because once that window closes it does not reopen.
I am also widening this letter, because Treasury does not act alone.
To the Department of Justice @TheJusticeDept and to FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash:
Director Patel, you were not in the chair when this happened, so I want you to hear it from me directly. In 2011 I walked into the FBI with everything I had on HSBC. Not a tip. Boxes. Names, account numbers, transaction records, internal emails. Agents worked that evidence for over a year. I trusted them, and I still believe they wanted to do their jobs.
Then the settlement was announced. $1.9 billion. I called the agents and asked the only question that mattered. When do you raid the building and when are the arrests?
Their answer was four words. Our hands are tied.
I have thought about those four words every day since. Not because the agents failed me. Because somebody above them decided that a bank was too important to treat like a defendant. That decision was made quietly, by people whose names I will never know, and it has been made again every time since. Director Patel, you now have the authority to make a different one.
I remember the words carved into the stone outside the federal building in Philadelphia the day I walked in to report @HSBC: justice is the defense of our liberty. I believed that. I still want to. But a justice system that handcuffs a dealer on the corner and sends a bank a bill is not defending anyone’s liberty. It is choosing whose liberty counts.
To Brian Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America @BankofAmerica:
Mr. Moynihan, your bank just agreed to pay $1.2 billion for failures that regulators called willful. I have a few questions, and the 3.6 million people reading this would like the answers too.
Who was fired?
Not reassigned. Not retired early with a package. Fired, by name, for the conduct the government described.
What has actually changed in your anti money laundering program? Not the budget line. Not the consultant’s slide deck. What is different today about how an alert gets cleared and who is allowed to say stop?
Were there any consequences inside the building at all? Or did this land the way it landed at HSBC bank, as a line item?
And how much is your bonus this year?
I ask because I know what it costs a compliance officer to raise his hand inside a bank like yours. I would like to know what it cost anyone at the top. Do you even care? I am asking sincerely. I would like to be wrong.
Here is what I did about all of this, and why it matters to this letter. After the government declined to help me or any of the whistleblowers I have met since, I built the thing I wished had existed. Tactical Rabbit is a private intelligence agency. We find the truth, we prove it, and we put it in the hands of people who will act on it. I made a decision a long time ago that if the government would not stop the next HSBC, I would.
So to anyone inside a bank reading this who is looking at something they know is wrong: if your bank will not act, and the government will not act, come to me. I will get the truth to the public. That is not a threat. It is a promise I have already kept once.
Mr. Secretary, Director Patel, the Department of Justice, and Mr. Moynihan: four addresses, one question. Will anyone be held accountable?
Not fined. Not suspended. Not asked to attend training. Accountable.
Please end the cycle of too big to jail. I will not stop until there is change, and neither will the millions of Americans standing behind this letter. Answer them.
We need a banker in jail.

Two sets of laws in America. One for the banks and the connected, one for the rest of us.
Today, Bank of America just got hit with $1.2 billion in penalties for anti-money laundering violations. Over $5 billion in suspicious transactions weren’t properly reported. More than $1 billion of that involved potential national security risks. Regulators found compliance failures that went on for years, and the bank admitted to willfully violating the Bank Secrecy Act.
Punishment? Fines and some compliance fixes.
Where are the criminal charges against the executives who were responsible? An ordinary person can go to prison for financial crimes. A bank this size just writes a check that the shareholders pay.
When the fine is just another cost of doing business, that’s not justice. America doesn’t need one set of rules for working people and another for the banks and the people running them. We need equal justice under the law.
