Regardless of what ICE claims happened in Marble Hill, the bottom line remains the same: ICE has no business in our communities. Trump’s immigration crackdown has created a climate of fear and violence, and we are paying the price. I stand with our immigrant neighbors.
ICE OUT.

What Assemblymember @Wright4Harlem said! Governor @KathyHochul and @AdrienneEAdams are the fiercest leaders for New York.
Let’s go vote for these two fighters!

Manhattan’s doors are open.
Today we opened our new Immigrant Welcome Center, a one-stop shop connecting immigrant New Yorkers with legal referrals, social services, City resources and the support they need to thrive.
No matter where you come from, you belong in Manhattan.

I felt right at home in Harlem alongside Jordan @Wright4Harlem and @dr_yusefsalaam. Thanks for having me. It was great to talk to voters, stop by local businesses, and spend time with the people that make our city thrive.

Was proud to stand with HTC on this picket line! Big shout out to my siblings in labor on the win!
After 47 long days on the picket line, we are thrilled to announce a contract for our members at the Fairfield Inn and Four Points Times Square!
Workers who started this fight nearly 4 years ago will receive more than $50,000 in back pay each, immediate wage increases of between $10-15 per hour, free family health care, retirement benefits and more. We are so grateful for the thousands of members, elected officials, and supporters who stood with us through 100 degree weather, rain storms, and wildfire smoke to make this victory possible!

I also joined Jordan @Wright4Harlem as we met with congregations across Harlem. He comes from a family that has invested in this community for generations, and he’s continuing that tradition by delivering for Harlem. That’s exactly the kind of leader New Yorkers need.
Disgusted and incensed to learn of this attack anywhere, let alone in Harlem.
We're building a community that pulls in neighbors, leaders & law enforcement to keep each other safe — justice must be served.
