I had a safaricom sim card which I registered using my mum's Id .I took Hustler fund loan cause my mother had never taken and it had a fuliza limit of 300 at that time,to add on I had taken Zenka loan.When I got my own Id I registered my first simcard which resulted to me not using that previous one. So I saved that number in this new simcard ,but after sometime as I went back to my whatsApp contacts I got that number but the profile picture was for a woman.So it left me wondering ,,meaning Safaricom can give out your sim card even if you are having an outstanding fuliza debt ,hustler fund loan and Zenka loan.Now how does this woman cope up with that simcard? I have never bothered to go and check it cause it had loans and I didn't even need it,but I hope those loans were scrapped off.
