Layer is live on the App Store. Tell it how long you're running, how hard, and when, and it accounts for how the weather changes mid-run.

hey @diabrowser @joshm with Arc sunsetting in dec. do you have a timeline update for Dia for iOS? honestly Arc Search is still my daily driver due to its speed, ad blocking, and smooth interactions. i'm sad about it going away. just need something that can sync with Dia tabs
Fun way I'm using @wabi ahead of @nycmarathon is sending it all the events before and after that I want to attend. What would have been screenshots of posts and a few emails now puts them all in one place 👍
Last day of codex and back on claude max today. Too many random behaviors with codex, stalled prompts, burning tokens for no reason, etc. And also claude much more efficient and effective at tasks #thisistheway
Got access to @wabi today. Immediate comparison to Instinct is that it's so nice to have multiple chats whereas Instinct just has the one iMessage and can get clogged up with different topics
Unfortunately didn't make the cut for #shipaton awards but learned a lot about what it takes to develop an indie app. Thankful for the opportunity and guess we'll have to try again next year! Still building @layertoday and trying to scale it.
i just noticed this fun animation in codex where if you have music playing the chat navigation is audio reactive

the iOS community on X is just amazing
if you launched an app, drop the link 👇
install a few others too and leave real feedback
to build a cool product now, you really only need two ppl:
one dude with exceptional vision & taste who knows what should exist & can provide the right feedback loops for iteration.
& one dude who is absolutely relentless about making it real no matter what.
that’s it. & sometimes these two are the same.
AI has collapsed the cost of building products, but not the cost of knowing what to build.
- The old loop: spec, scope, build
- The new loop: build, play, design, ship
Prototypes are cheap. Great products still require taste, judgment, and a clear understanding of what users actually need.

My girlfriend asked why I was smiling at my phone at 3AM.
I lost my job last week.
Rent due in 4 days.
No backup plan.
Then I found a 33-year-old nerd who turned $1,000 into $946,207 trading Bitcoin with a trick he stole from hurricane forecasts.
No finance degree. No trading desk. Just a method every meteorologist uses and every trader ignores.
The method: meteorologists never forecast tomorrow with a single model. They run 31 and count the votes. He applied that exact framework to Bitcoin.
Built a Claude agent that reads every 5-minute BTC candle and feeds it into MiroFish simulator running 31 parallel prediction paths.
Trade only fires when 28 out of 31 models agree.
Below 26 votes? Trade dies instantly.
The agent moves faster than any human trading desk:
→ Collects market data 24/7 without breaks
→ Runs continuous simulations inside MiroFish engine
→ Operates fully autonomous with zero manual input
→ Every trade executes only when consensus hits threshold
→ Every dollar captured is pure market inefficiency exploit
That is the entire edge.
Not prediction. Consensus.
Position sizing follows Kelly criterion. Signal fires or it does not. Most signals fail the vote count, so the system stays flat most days.
He spent years learning that certainty is a scam and consensus is the only edge that matters.

BREAKING: Today we the destroyed the entire Ivy League.
I just watched my Mac one-shot a $43.6M company in 158 seconds.
This is too much.

JUST IN: Vibe coding died today.
I just witnessed my Mac build a $79B company in 183 seconds, alone.
This is actually terrifying.
Just got access to @browsercompany new Arc browser, have to say it’s actually making use of favorite sites and organizing them in a way to keep you in flow. The spaces feature is great for moving better interests and priorities!
