Any person holding themselves out as a Cabinet Secretary is engaged in a coup against the Constitution.
Starting today, any engagements or agreements executed by the current CS are illegal and void. Any public expenditure incurred by them is illegal and liable to a claim for recovery. Members of the public should be wary of dealings with the government and its cabinet entities, as they cannot claim ignorance as to it’s illegality.
The Cabinet is unconstitutional and in light of our laws cannot exercise any functional authority on behalf of the Kenyan.

BREAKING 🚨: A taxi driver dropped his wife off around 8:00 p.m. in front of the pharmacy where she stands guard and then went on to work himself.
The gentleman takes his first customer of the night to a destination.
Having arrived at the station, he decided to fill up his tank, so he stopped at the station...
Suddenly, he sees his wife walk into a hotel not far from the station with someone else, arm in arm.
He can't believe his eyes but he can't be mistaken, it really is his wife.
🗣️He says to his client, "Do you want to have 50k CDF right now?"
The customer asks him what the deal is.
He hands her a photo and says: this is my lawful wife before God and men.
She's the one who goes into that hotel, bring her to me however you want and I'll give you the 50k.
The very self-assured customer rushes back into the hotel and comes out 5 minutes later with another woman whom he was dragging by the hair.
The taxi driver said to him: I gave you his picture, how could you have made a mistake?

The High Court has ruled that President William Ruto’s announcements on preferential allocation of affordable housing units to teachers & police officers cannot alter the allocation criteria established under the Affordable Housing Act & its Regulations without a legal basis.
Justice Patricia Nyaundi Mande states that the presidential pronouncements made on June 3 & September 13, 2025, had no legal effect in the absence of a statutory framework supporting them.
The case was filed by John Maina Ndegwa, Marshalls Tito Ongoya and two other petitioners, who challenged the proposed preferential allocation of housing units to selected groups.
