I 100% stand with @MrsErikaKirk and the entire Kirk family.
They filed a notice of claim against the State of Utah and Utah Valley University alleging that security failures made Charlie’s assassination preventable. This is the first legal step required under Utah law so they can pursue justice.
Charlie was the best of us. His family deserves every ounce of accountability possible for the heinous taking of his life.
I stand with them. Fully.

Even in death, Charlie Kirk’s voice cannot be silenced.
