People clown back up Quarterbacks because they “weren’t good enough to get on the field.” The truth is the back up QB is often a better teacher than the coach because he can see it AND can communicate it in a way that’s well received.
A must watch clip below:
"Casey! Thank you!"
Case Keenum told Caleb Williams what he was seeing, and QB1 executed it on the field 🗣️

🚨 A 10-year-old girl was abducted from her home in Canby, right here in my Senate District, early this morning. A 12-year-old child was also assaulted during the horrific incident.
I'm asking Oregonians across the state to please help spread the word and bring her home safely.
Violet Hay is approximately 5 feet tall, weighs 125 pounds, and was last seen wearing a green shirt and black shorts.
Law enforcement is actively searching for Violet. If you have ANY information that could help locate her, please contact Oregon State Police at 1-800-442-0776.
Please share this information far and wide. We need as many eyes looking for Violet as possible.
I am praying for Violet's safe return, for the recovery of the child who was assaulted and for the law enforcement officers working tirelessly to bring Violet home.

$MSFT offers 60,000 employees a voluntary exit.
60K Y’all!!
First time this has ever been offered at Microsoft and it will affect employees in India, The United States, Canada, and the UK at level 70 or below…
Employees find out in a few hours if they are being targeted for this.
This just makes me think that H127 layoffs sound intense. Is this a pre-layoff round?
Also makes me wonder if they changed some scheduled layoffs due to be called out by @VP. Peace offering? 🤔 Timing is just interesting.
More to come.
$MSFT Microsoft's job cuts aren't done, and Xbox is where to watch next.
Asha Sharma is reportedly planning three more rounds: this month, November and January. 1,868 jobs are gone against a 3,200 target, so roughly 1,300 more are coming.
Spreading cuts across a whole year is a choice. It keeps the margin story moving and leaves everyone who's left waiting. I'm watching for the October round.
