Hangi kitapta diyordu hatırlamıyorum.Bu "Herkeste ADHD var." muhabbeti için. Bütün dikkat dağıtıcıları elinden aldığında o insanın dikkati düzeliyorsa o ADHD değildir. Büyük kısmı o kısım. Ama gerçekten ADHD olan adamın elinden her şeyi al, doğada yaşamasını sağla. Bir süre sonra haydi lunapark yapalım diyorsa o ADHD'dir. Yaşam tarzı, beslenme elbette semptomları iyileştirir ama gerçekten ADHD olan birinin ADHD'sini kökünden halletmez.
