Rest in Peace, Don Nelson! 🕊️ He was a 5-time NBA champion, 1,335-win head coach, and Naismith Hall of Famer who changed basketball forever. 🏀 From unleashing a rookie Steph Curry to architecting Run TMC and the "We Believe" Warriors, Nellie's blueprint created modern hoops. ✍️ Here is our humble attempt to honor the incredible life, genius, and legacy of a true NBA pioneer. 🙏

You should wear a patch on your jersey to honor him. He did a lot for this team. Of course that’s before you allowed Nico to destroy it.

I fell in love with the Mavericks from Italy when Nellie was coaching this team. He believed in Dirk before most people could see what he would become. He didn’t just coach Dallas. He helped shape what the Mavericks became. RIP Nellie. 💙 #MFFL
