So the street light will be switched off at the exact time it’s needed most. This at the same time as they’re planning on housing 4x the towns population (all men) in that area. No concern for the residents at all, so long as we commit to net zero and appease the migrants it’s all good.

We already have Street Lights turned off at 11.30pm until 6am. Migrants do not go out at this time because of the active Patrols by locals with radios. If we see them out and about they are asked 'Nicely' to go back to their HMO and Hostels. If they refuse we fill up the Van.

Street lighting used to be turned off at a certain time in many western countries but since the orcs arrived it’s been safer to leave them on. They voted ‘Refugees Welcome’ anyway so what is the problem.
