@easyJetholidays abs disastrous package holiday. Hotel changed by you to an alt miles away from original location and the cheapest room in the facility. No option to claim on the online claim form and no one will speak to me regarding it. Waiting twice now for email. Atrocious
So. Holiday insurance won’t cover any additional expense as it is deemed ‘loss of enjoyment’ not covered by insurance and caused by easyJet. Back on phone again to @easyJetholidays
So. @easyJetholidays have now passed to the hotel to find us an upgraded room. Hotel is fully booked but funnily enuf u can upgrade if u pay……let’s see what happens now

So.The owners of property recently granted HMO planning permission at 432 Falls Road R refusing to acknowledge residents concerns and won’t respond to request for a meeting to discuss. And these landlords wonder why people are fed up with them. Anyone know who else we can contact
