Yana Lantratova is the co-chair of the Russian intelligence-linked propaganda organization called the International Club of National Unity (MKNE), which has a GRU officer from unit 54777 (“the nerve center of Russia’s psychological warfare capability”) embedded in it. MKNE also counts General Apti Alaudinov, the Deputy Head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Armed Forces of Russia, as a member. Dugin is on its presidium.
Humanitarian Mission in Oleshky: Delivering Humanitarian Aid to Everyone in Need
ℹ️ We are currently in Armiansk, working alongside Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova and coordinating further steps within the framework of this mission. Journalists from three countries have also joined us to cover the mission.
Everything has now been prepared to a high standard. We are delivering humanitarian aid to the residents of Oleshky. Our main task is to ensure that this assistance reaches every person in need. Particular attention is being paid to older people, persons with disabilities, and anyone who is unable to care for themselves due to their health condition or other circumstances.
Twenty-five buses with a total capacity of 750 passengers have been prepared, along with ambulances for people with limited mobility.
❗️Another equally important priority is ensuring that civilians have the opportunity to leave the city. Everyone who wishes to leave Oleshky will be given the opportunity to do so safely. At the same time, those who decide to remain will be able to stay and will receive all the necessary humanitarian assistance.
At this stage, it is equally important that both sides observe the ceasefire.
I would also like to express my special gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We continue our work.

After Elon Musk posted on X saying he had throttled Ukraine’s use of Starlink after it was used for offensive attacks, House Armed Services Committee member Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) says the billionaire’s ability to wield that power is “beyond disturbing to me.”
“It cannot and should not be the case that a tech oligarch, a private citizen, who has that much control over our national security, who is unaccountable, who is unelected, with zero transparency, is making life and death decisions on the battlefield in systems that our service members and our partners and allies rely upon,” he adds.

American POWs reported the same thing: New Leftists and civil rights leaders’ speeches broadcast over loudspeakers at the Hanoi Hilton. I believe Cuban political prisoners were forced to listen to American leftist and communist speeches re: Cuba over loudspeakers.
‼️ NEW: The prison administration at the Russian facility where American civilian Stephen Hubbard was held used the prison’s loudspeaker system to broadcast recordings of @RealAlexJones, @PLnewstoday, and other Western bloggers on a daily basis, according to Ukrainian POWs who were held at the same colony No. 7 in Pakino as Hubbard.
The recordings were in English with Russian voice-over translations, and were broadcast along other Russian propaganda content. In effect, Russian prison authorities were using content from Alex Jones and Patrick Lancaster as part of their brainwashing campaign of POWs and as a tool of both physical and psychological torture.
Former Ukrainian POW Arslan Annaiev who met Hubbard in prison also described how the Russians treated him:
“Stephen Hubbard really disliked injections. When they took him out into the corridor and injected him with something, he would yell, "I don't like this! I don't like this! What are you injecting me with?”
He begged the guards to call someone from the embassy. While I was there, he knocked on the door. An operative came in, and James asked him to contact diplomats. They told him they had no influence over it. They just brushed him off.
They took away all his personal belongings. He begged: “At least give me a Bible!”, but they refused. He complained that he only heard Russian and Ukrainian around him. It was driving him crazy. He had no one to speak English with. He felt absolutely alone, and he just wanted to read a Bible. The Russians didn't even give him that.”
