if it’s only rigged when the people you like don’t win…democracy might not be for you.

Sorry, are you forgetting all of the phoney claims about Russiagate, Russian hacking, Cambridge Analytica etc? The problem is the global left actually DO seem happy to censor political opposition, use lawfare to stifle or imprison their rivals and, yes, rig and steak elections

Its hard to not be suspicious when Bolsonaro led after the elimination round, but lost when right wingers were taken off the ballot. I suppose totally reasonable to think they then went to the socialist. Looks like critical thinking is not for you.

if you were watching polls, momentum over last two weeks was solidly lula. corruption issues faded from headlines, bolsonaro with mediocre to poor debate performances. still looked like bolsonaro would win but nobody watching closely at the end had confidence about that.

Narrator: democracy was never for them.

So if if Trump arranged it so cities can vote 2 fewer hours on election day than rural polls (and there's no early voting), that would be ok? (not saying Trump should do that but it's the counter-example)

Nah, you see the problem is that the left is cheating so much and so desperately that all of the times that they’ve cheated in the past have come to light. It’s so obvious that people can’t look away from it and the only reason why people get away with it is because of deep rooted shenanigans, or like California they have actually made laws that protect voter fraud. This is why they can get away with saying things like there’s no widespread voter fraud because technically it’s within the laws that they’ve created to enable the fraud itself. People like you are either dense or complicit. People like you are the ones that react to the dog whistle from Chuck Schumer, saying “our democracy” where he didn’t mean the American people rather he meant the democracy machine that was built by the left because they got greedy. The majority of the people of the United States are sick of the left cheating across the world. We not only need to crush the existing politicians, but demoralize them. We can then start rebuilding the Democratic Party of which I was originally from. All you dumb left wing Nazi motherfuckers that let all the central and South American criminals into this country and push them into Hispanic neighborhoods like mine and my family are going to regret what you did. We are not your landscapers, vegetable, pickers, and toilet cleaners you racist, slaveowning pieces of shit. Go ahead and cheat and watch what happens to all of the criminals that you protect.

Many have made clear it's not for them. This is but a preview of our upcoming elections over the next 2 years.

Doesn’t mean it’s never rigged

Democracy isn’t just electing representation. It’s also the values it upholds. This is why we distinctly live in a liberal democracy and why liberalism works for everyone.

BREAKING: Brazil's election could be annulled, according to the New York Times. Electoral lawyers say Brazil's current situation is "extremely serious" and a "critical situation." The NYT reports that confusion over a last-minute voting extension by Justice Cristiano Zanin, who was appointed by Lula, could lead to the election being annulled. "This is an extremely serious, critical situation," said electoral lawyer Priscilla Sodré Pereira to the New York Times. When Zanin made the last-minute decision to extend voting hours, some polling stations had already closed and shut down their voting machines. They could not reopen. "Fernando Neisser, an electoral law professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Brazilian research institute, said the election could be annulled if the margin is very narrow and it is shown that polling stations stayed open longer in areas that strongly favor one candidate," the NYT reported. Wow.

Nope... if this were a Right wing candidate doing everything Lula did you'd rightly call it out. Lula is a Left wing authoritarian figure.

Yeah, but the problem is when people lose trust in the system… everything looks like fraud and stilen elections… And as long as trust continues to degrade, elections will continue getting “Stolen”

Changing a vote window to aid your side is not democracy, it’s Russia, it’s North Korea. It’s just behind in the race

Bullshit. Brazil was rigged.

I worked at a big Wall St bank for 13 years. Heard you speak many times. When I was 22 I thought you were really impressive. I eventually realized your main role was to give the tradfi masses some midwit useless takes that they could regurgitate to feel smart and informed.

Very worrying trend that right-wing candidates globally are increasingly refusing to concede electoral defeats

Massive inflation coming to Brazil. The markets are also Democratic, for now...

This is soooo true for Congress supporters

The title of a “president elect robbed of victory” wouldn't be so bad for Flavio Bolsonaro. A fresh start for his 2030 presidential campaign.

Why did the mistakes always seem to favor one side?

Yeah, that is absolutely right. I like your open-mindedness.
