【美国赴华旅行警示新增“D”标识：警告不当拘押风险】
美国国务院10月19日更新中国旅行警示，维持第二级“提高警惕”，但新增“D”标识，警告美国公民在中国面临被不当拘押的严重风险。
警示特别指出，华裔美国公民可能成为中国当局重点审查的对象。持中国签发的旅行证件入境，或仍持有有效中国身份证、户口簿的美国公民，一旦遭遇出境禁令、拘留或失踪，美方提供领事协助的能力可能受到限制。

“Faith Is Not a Crime”
Shu Qiong and Chen Yan, members of Chengdu’s Early Rain Covenant Church, recently held signs publicly calling for imprisoned Pastor Wang Yi to receive family visits in accordance with Chinese law. One sign declared, “Faith is not a crime.”
Wang was arrested in December 2018 and later sentenced to nine years in prison. In an Oct. 3 statement, his church said family members have visited him fewer than five times, while normal correspondence and telephone contact remain severely restricted.
The appeal followed renewed concerns about Wang’s health, although reports of a serious illness remain unverified. Church members have urged authorities to provide accurate medical information and uphold his family’s legal rights to visitation and communication.

美國，人類文明的燈塔沒有熄滅！
今天上午，公園工作室生活區門外突然傳來一陣異樣的聲音。我拉開鐵門，眼前的一幕讓心臟猛地一沉：義工約瑟倒在地上，臉部歪斜，一隻手和一條腿幾乎抬不起來。他艱難地動著嘴唇，反覆說著：「拉我起來……」
那一刻，我立刻意識到事情不對——他恐怕是中風了！
我和二幼不敢隨意搬動他，只能讓他安靜躺著，同時立即撥打911。等待救護車的幾分鐘裡，時間彷彿被拉得格外漫長。我們守在他身旁，既害怕他的情況突然惡化，又只能焦急地等待專業救援。
大約十分鐘後，兩輛救護車先後趕到。救護人員迅速下車，立即展開急救。他們檢查病情、處理現場，動作快而有序，沒有片刻耽擱。很快，約瑟被抬上救護車。我也立刻開車跟在後面，直奔蘋果谷的聖瑪麗醫院急診部。
到了醫院，檢查、拍片、搶救一項接著一項展開。急診室裡氣氛緊張，醫護人員不斷進出，所有人都在和時間賽跑。沒過多久，兩位身穿藍色制服的醫護人員告訴我，約瑟必須立即轉院，而且要用直升機送往另一家醫院。
我心裡再次一緊。這意味著他的病情不能再等，必須爭分奪秒接受更進一步的治療。
他們一邊準備轉運，一邊細心提醒我：「直升機的聲音比較大，請告訴他不要害怕。」在這樣緊迫的時刻，這句提醒讓我感受到醫護人員不僅在搶救他的身體，也在安撫他的情緒。
拿到轉院地址後，我按照導航立即驅車前往。一路上，我不斷想著約瑟的情況，心裡既焦急又不安，只希望他能撐住，能在最關鍵的時間裡得到有效治療。
等我趕到那家醫院、進入搶救室時，各種叫不出名字的醫療設備正接連推進來。醫護人員圍在病床旁，迅速而專注地處理每一個細節。那一刻，我幾乎不敢想像最壞的結果，只能盯著約瑟，等待任何一點好轉的跡象。
終於，變化出現了。
他原本歪斜的嘴，已經漸漸恢復端正；原先抬不起來的手腳，也能按照醫生的指令抬起、放下。醫生請他微笑，他竟然真的回報了一個端端正正的微笑。
看到那個微笑，我一直懸著的心，終於稍稍放下。剛才還讓人擔心可能失去行動能力的約瑟，此刻竟然能對醫生作出回應。我想，最初使用的溶栓藥物大概已經開始發揮作用了。
然而，緊張並沒有完全消失。接下來，還有治療、觀察，以及一連串現實問題等待著他。
不久，一位護士前來登記姓名、地址，以及是否有醫療保險。然而，我們這位義工幾乎沒有任何經濟保障：沒有穩定身份、沒有工作，也沒有積蓄，只有一張有效期至2027年的簽證。對一個本就缺乏經濟能力的人來說，這樣的急救和轉院費用，無疑是一副沉重的負擔。
沒想到，那位護士非常友善地說：「我可以幫你的朋友準備一份緊急醫療援助、費用減免的申請表，到時讓他簽字就可以了。」
聽到這句話，我心裡又是一陣觸動。從突發中風到緊急救護，從直升機轉院到費用援助，整個系統首先關注的，始終是如何把人救回來，而不是先追問他有多少錢。
這時，又有一男一女兩位護士進來替他更換床單。面對衣衫不整、神情不安的約瑟，金髮女護士和藹地一聲聲叫他：「Honey，Honey……」
這是英文中親切的稱呼，像是在安慰自己的家人，讓他不要緊張、不要害怕。剛剛經歷突如其來的病痛、急救和轉院，約瑟原本緊繃的神情，也在這一聲聲溫柔的呼喚中慢慢放鬆下來。
在這種文明而溫暖的關懷下，面對突如其來的病痛，約瑟終於漸漸安靜、平穩下來。
近來，關於ICE到處抓人的消息，讓不少人風聲鶴唳。然而，今天親眼目睹這一切，我仍然相信，文明的種子已經深深扎根在這片自由的土地上。自由女神的光輝，依然照耀著那些疲憊、無助的新移民。
很難想像，像約瑟這樣缺乏經濟保障的人，如果在中國遇到同樣的情況，醫院是否會接收他？是否會為他出動直升機，以最快速度轉往大型醫院，為他爭取寶貴的救治時間？
即使我能第一時間發現他的病情，若沒有這樣完整而迅速的醫療體系，僅憑我個人的力量，又怎能挽回危局？如果救援晚一步，治療慢一步，等待他的或許就是終身殘疾，甚至死亡。
而今天，從他倒在門外的那一刻起，到救護車趕到、急救展開、直升機轉院，再到醫療設備迅速投入使用，每一個環節都在和死神爭奪時間。最後，他重新抬起了手腳，也重新露出了笑容。
但真正讓我難以忘懷的，不只是約瑟康復的跡象，更是那些在關鍵時刻守護他的人：救護人員爭分奪秒地趕到，醫生迅速判斷並安排轉院，護士在處理醫療程序的同時，替他尋找緊急援助，也用一句溫柔的「Honey」安撫他的恐懼。他們沒有先以身份、財產或保險衡量一個人的價值，而是先把他當作一個需要幫助的生命。
公共救援制度的意義，也正在於此。它讓一個倒在門外、缺乏經濟保障的人，仍能在最危急的時刻獲得專業救治；讓救護車、直升機、醫院與援助機制彼此銜接，把個人的無助轉化為整個社會的共同守護。制度提供及時而可靠的力量，而醫療人員則以專業與人道，讓這份力量真正抵達一個人的身上。
美國，人類文明的燈塔沒有熄滅。
我們這些新移民不管是有身份還是剛走線等待身份的人，都更要努力為這個國家工作效勞，捍衛這遍自由的土地！

Ms. Fu Juan, a co-worker and preacher at the Fengsheng Christian Church in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, was sentenced to three years and six months in prison. A devout believer in Jesus Christ, Ms. Fu is quiet and meticulous in her work. In the church, she was responsible for recording offerings, organizing accounts, and assisting the pastor with administrative tasks. She lived a very simple life. She served the church in a gentle and unassuming manner, never arguing, and was regarded by the congregation as a reliable and faithful co-worker.

The persecution of house churches in Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, continues. In recent days, several more preachers have been interrogated, placed under de facto house arrest, and had their mobile phones confiscated. Police officers went directly to the church and announced that, on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) government, they were prohibiting Christians from gathering for worship.

BREAKING: Chinese Authorities Detain Multiple Pastors and Church Workers from Beijing Jiaquan Church as Crackdown on Major Urban House Churches Widens
Arrests of leaders from another influential house-church network come days before Xi Jinping’s planned visit to Washington
BEIJING, CHINA — September 19, 2026 — Chinese authorities have reportedly detained multiple pastors and church workers from Beijing Jiaquan Church (北京佳全教会), an influential urban house-church network with more than two decades of ministry in Beijing and congregations in other parts of China.
ChinaAid received first-hand reports of the detentions and is urgently working to verify the identities and total number of Christians taken into custody, the locations and timing of the arrests, the police agencies involved, the legal grounds asserted by authorities, and the detainees’ current whereabouts.
The operation raises serious concern that Chinese authorities may be expanding their crackdown against some of the country’s largest and most influential independent urban churches.
The arrests follow the nationwide operation against Beijing Zion Church beginning in October 2025 and repeated police actions against Chengdu’s Early Rain Covenant Church throughout 2026.
If the developing reports concerning Jiaquan Church are confirmed as a coordinated operation across multiple locations, they would represent another significant escalation in the Chinese government’s campaign against Christian churches that worship and organize independently of the state-controlled religious system.
Bob Fu: “Another Major Urban Church Is Now Under Attack”
Rev. Dr. Bob Fu, founder and president of ChinaAid, issued the following statement:
“The reported mass detention of pastors and church workers from Beijing Jiaquan Church is deeply alarming. From Beijing Zion Church to Chengdu’s Early Rain Covenant Church, and now Jiaquan Church, we are witnessing what appears to be an expanding campaign against some of China’s most influential urban house-church networks.
“These churches have different histories and ministries, but they share something the Chinese Communist Party increasingly refuses to tolerate: they recognize Christ, not the Communist Party, as the head of the church and insist on exercising their faith independently of government political control.
“We are urgently concerned for the safety, health, and legal rights of every Jiaquan pastor and church worker who has been taken away. Chinese authorities must immediately disclose their identities and whereabouts, inform their families of the legal basis for any detention, guarantee access to independent legal counsel, and protect them from coercive interrogation, mistreatment, or enforced disappearance.
“The timing cannot be ignored. These arrests are occurring only days before Xi Jinping’s planned visit to Washington and high-level U.S.-China meetings. While we do not yet have evidence establishing that the arrests are directly connected to the summit, Beijing’s treatment of peaceful Christians should be raised at the highest levels of diplomatic engagement.
“ChinaAid calls for the immediate and unconditional release of every Jiaquan Church pastor, minister, and believer detained solely for peacefully practicing the Christian faith. We urge the United States, South Korea, and other governments, together with international religious-freedom and human-rights institutions, to seek immediate information about those detained and to raise their cases directly with Chinese authorities.
“Religious freedom must not become a bargaining chip or a secondary concern in U.S.-China relations. No Christian should be imprisoned for worshiping God, preaching the Gospel, training worship leaders, or shepherding a church outside Communist Party control.”
