I hate this. I hate participating in the gender war.
However.
Women. We've given you freedom and power in the West and you've done nothing but use it against us. We will be taking that power back for your own good, whether you like it or not. This is our responsibility.

How is searching the entire internet faster than searching one hard drive?

Bryan Johnson takes 3 shots of olive oil every single day.
One with every meal.
He calls it the superfood of superfoods.
He consumes it as part of his daily life:
• 15 ml per shot
• 45 ml total per day
• 15% of daily calories from olive oil
His team studied the best foods and therapies for health.
Olive oil was one of the few of them.
He drinks it straight before he eats.
His olive oil is sourced from both hemispheres so it's always fresh, and every batch is third-party tested before it reaches him.
Johnson is spending $1 million a year on his health.
The cheapest thing he does is also one of the most effective.
If the guy with the most aggressive longevity protocol on the planet starts every meal with a shot of olive oil, the cost of trying it is almost nothing.

Women in group dynamics are much more likely to become extremists.
Why?
Because women are prone to social and emotional contagion with high group agreeableness. Combined with attention-seeking behavior, high neuroticism... women also tend to continuously escalate their "virtue," pivoting further and further from the center into a territory that is legit insane, prone to violence, and mass chaos.
Men don't have this issue because men are more "disagreeable" and tend to reject opinions and group consensus, which grounds men's opinions near the center.
Perhaps this is why women were never allowed to vote, hold political office, or were allowed influence mass social causes aside from modern history.
The question is... is this sustainable?
Absolutely not.
The pendulum is going to swing, and it's going to be a wrecking ball.

Male extremism to the degree it’s hyped up is a fake issue.
Female radicalization is the real problem.

Curiosity is stronger than love.
A reporter asked him, “How so?”
“I’m 94 years old, and I got married at 23.
But at 46, my wife left me.
She told me that she had become invisible now…
that I was working too much and I wasn’t paying enough attention to her anymore.
I told her that it wasn’t possible, that I loved her more than everything, and it was true but…
that’s when she asked me:
do you know when was the last time you came to see me play bridge?
I didn’t know how to answer, and she said…
‘It’s normal. You never came.’
And she left.
So I made a decision…
In the months that followed, I signed up for bridge lessons and…
I learned how to play, I practiced, I researched, and one day…
I saw there was going to be a tournament near our home. So I signed up and…
She was in the other team. I was seeing her for the first time in nearly a year…
Of course, she beat me.
But I saw a feeling in her eyes that I hadn’t seen for a long time.
Gratitude.
So at the end, I went to see her and I told her…
‘If you agree to give me a second chance, I’ll never miss any of your competitions again.’
I kept my word.
She passed away 8 years ago but…
She taught me the most precious of the lessons:
“Love isn’t enough, you have to know how to show it.”

For the past 10+ years, saying the most basic, obvious things, such as "men aren't women," would get you tarred as a dangerous, hateful extremist who needed to be banned from society and the internet, maybe jailed, maybe punched, maybe killed, for sure fired and censored.
Any progressive now claiming they didn't listen to the "terfs" because they were too "out there" is just lying.
I was shunned for criticizing terms like "menstruators" and "pregnant people." I was literally BANNED FROM TWITTER FOR FOUR YEARS for saying "men aren't women." I had to hire private security and body guards every time I spoke in public, and every time I *tried* to speak in public, our venues would cancel on us. I was saying THE MOST BASIC, OBVIOUS STUFF.
It was never "hateful" to say that people can't change sex and that gender identity ideology is incoherent and regressive.
YOU were wrong. You ignored the truth to protect your own ass.
Just admit you are a coward and stop making excuses.
