We need to STOP with the stupidity and the falseness that there is a thing called "Transgender" - For the Record, there is NO SUCH THING as TRANSGENDER. Gender is BINARY! Science (Biology) proved this many years ago, and even atheists like Richard Dawkins agree. A man can dress like a woman and have plastic surgery, but the DNA is still Male!
Just a public service reminder - Republican Vote on Tuesday, November 3rd - Democrats Vote on Wednesday, November 4th!
We as a state should NOT be offering stupid stuff to waste tax-payer money in state schools!!!!!
Several “woke” programs of study at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga are seeing substantial drops in enrollment this year, with less than ten students opting to register in the gender studies program this spring.

Replying to @JenniferBoysko
(1) Killing kids in the womb up to the point of birth.
(2) Written so poorly it could ensure “minor gender transitions” in the constitution.
(3) Allows convicted murders and child rapists to get their voting rights back automatically with no review.
There. Fixed it for you.

Horrific news coming out of Ethiopia on the massacre of Christians. Prayers for our persecuted brothers and sisters.

Since @TheDemocrats don't want a secure voting process, and they say there are so few instances of voter fraud. Let's change the law to something like a minimum $100,000 fine or 1/2 your net worth whichever is greater an minimum 15 years in jail. If for more than one vote, then loss of all your wealth and loss of citizenship! Since they say it's rare, no risk!
James Talarico says we should look to Western Europe for inspiration.
Take a look at Paris.
Europe has committed cultural suicide. We will not let that happen to Texas or America.
Get out and vote.

Too true: “Bureaucracies administer poverty rather than eliminate it. Every dollar Washington sends to a poor family in Chicago passes through a federal agency, a state agency, a county office, and a caseworker's desk first. The machinery consumes a stunning share before anything reaches you.”
Lyndon Johnson declared war on poverty in January 1964, and poverty promptly won.
The Office of Economic Opportunity launched that same year, spending $800 million in its first year alone. By 1980, the federal government had spent over $3 trillion (in today's dollars) across the constellation of Great Society programs: Medicaid, food stamps, housing subsidies, community action agencies, the whole apparatus. The poverty rate in 1964 sat at 19 percent. By 1973, it had fallen to 11 percent. Impressive, until you notice it was already falling at precisely that rate throughout the 1950s, before Johnson spent a single dollar.
The market was already doing the job.
What Johnson created was a dependency infrastructure. The Aid to Families with Dependent Children program paid higher benefits when no father lived in the household, which subsidized his departure.
Between 1965 and 1980, out-of-wedlock births among black Americans climbed from 25 percent to 56 percent. Charles Murray documented the numbers exhaustively in "Losing Ground" (1984), and the left never refuted the math; instead, they attacked Murray personally.
Bureaucracies administer poverty rather than eliminate it. Every dollar Washington sends to a poor family in Chicago passes through a federal agency, a state agency, a county office, and a caseworker's desk first. The machinery consumes a stunning share before anything reaches you.
Capital formation, voluntary exchange, and sound money pulled more people out of destitution in the 19th century than every federal program combined has since Johnson's cameras rolled in the Rose Garden.

Why do politicians lie so much and some get elected (@AOC @IhamOmar well this would be a very long list)
She said she was Phi Beta Kappa. She wasn't, as her campaign has now acknowledged.

My strong opposition to Tucker Carlson has everything to do with him minimizing the suffering of Christians in Nigeria 👇and downplaying the atrocities of Oct 7th. To do either you have to be a real POS.
I got in the car at the airport and the seat was laid flat so that I was not visible. The driver changed into the uniform of a police officer hoping we’d be waved through military checkpoints. Then we hit the open roads to drive some 6- hours north — on African roads.
The open country is where the real danger lurks. Fulani herdsmen or Boko Haram, both Muslim terrorist groups, are known to throw obstacles out into your path — burning tires, spike strips, anything. When you brake hard and hit reverse, another group, armed with AK47s, comes out of hiding and throws obstacles behind you. If you don’t stop, they will simply riddle the car with bullets. Unless you are very lucky, you are trapped.
The goal is hostages, especially Christians and Westerners. They kidnap you and send your body parts bit by bloody bit to your family demanding payment for your release. The government and the UN are both corrupt and look the other way.
We stop for gas. I’m noticed by children. Word spreads rapidly that a white man, seldom seen in the north, is in that car. Soon the car is mobbed by people pressing theirs noses to the windows to peer in. Some are shouting and knocking on the glass. Most of it is just curiosity and not malevolence. I get out and walk around. They press against me, and I push them off. Hard. You get used to it, but you must make them respect your space. (Muslims will do the same in Hyde Park. You’ll never see a knife coming if you allow that.)
In those parts of the world that are dangerous for Americans, you must be wary of the children. Watch them. In South America, for instance, many are in the employ of the cartels. It’s no different in Africa or the Middle East. They are given cell phones, some money or candy or some other incentive, and told to report anything unusual. If you see one looking at you and reach for a cell phone, it should trigger alarms in your head. It’s time to move. Fast.
We drive on past burning villages, through desert country, and finally to a compound where I am locked in from the outside. The windows are heavily barred. If there’s a fire, I cannot escape. Welcome to West Africa.
The Christians who house me often do so at considerable risk. As an American, I’m deemed to be valuable if kidnapped. They would likely be killed. They are courageous, extraordinary people. They tell me stories of family members murdered: boys and men shot or killed with machetes; women raped and mutilated, and girls taken into sex slavery. This is daily life for them and has been since ~2000, and intensifying in 2012 and after.
Yet many are joyful, warm, good humored, and hopeful. They want to know how many are with me and if America is going to send them help. It pains me to say that I am alone and probably not. They look downcast, but quickly cheer up and move to other topics.
I speak in their churches on apologetics, but the apologetics they need is of the physical type. I preach in the cathedral on hope. Muslims gather round the church and stare through the windows to intimidate. The cathedral had once been bombed. We press on and sing in defiance. When I am finished many are emotional, thankful, as if I had preached the most wonderful sermon. I had not. It was hot, stuff, the sound was poor, and the distractions many. But that was beside the point for them. My simply being there, risking something on their behalf, that’s what mattered more than any words.
Pray for these people who suffer under the sword of Islam.
