Communists are so dumb. Tesla was successful because Elon made a great product that consumers wanted to buy, and he even paid a penalty for paying back his loans too quickly. Government doesn’t make companies successful. Talent does.
James Talarico on Elon Musk: The thing that really upsets people, particularly about the Elon example, is that Tesla was successful because of taxpayer dollars. Tesla got investment from the federal government, which is why it has been so successful. If we're all going to invest in Tesla, if we're going to invest in Elon Musk, or pick your billionaire, most of our billionaires went to schools that we funded, they drove on highways that we funded. We're not saying they can't be successful. All we're saying is make sure you give something back to the country that made your success possible.

Replying to @elonmusk
@elonmusk Aaron Peskin must be defeated to save San Francisco.
FIRST AND FOREMOST Kids should be learning ABCs, 123s and playing outside in the sunlight... NOT being exposed to inappropriate sexual adult subjects by predatory Calfiornia teachers. Second of all... Dean Preston and Aaron Pskin have absolutely failed San Francisco and this City Hall video from November 2022 captures him apoplectic at the thought that the city might actually decline to open its fentanyl lounge or what they were calling at the time of a “harm reduction center”, which was directly next to the Whole Foods Grocery Store, complete, of course, with government issued crack pipes and needles so as to provide the means and capabilities to self destruct. Far Left local democrats sold this as progressive sophisticated facility rather than calling it what it was which is a fentanyl lounger. My citizen journalist photography captures the inside of this fentanyl lounge. People tried to say it was unethical to take a photo of it, the obamanites guarding the entrance of the fentanyl lounge explicitly told me not to take these photos and the democrats online were harassing me and gang stalking me for taking these photos. Looking back, I have no regrets and was right to photograph this orchestrated chaos that deprived our San Francisco community of both a Whole Foods grocery store and a real chance at recovery. Looking at the actions of our San Francisco leaders of the past, it was as though all of our local leaders, except for @mattdorsey, were trying to make the humanitarian crisis and fentanyl genocide worse, not better. ALL of the mothers and fathers in San Francisco agreed that opening up a fentanyl lounge next to the brand new whole foods was a horrible idea and so it was that the parents of our community were treated as being "crazy" while our local leaders congratulated themselves on their "compassion". Those same San Francisco parents will be remembered by history as the only adults in the room willing to say the truth: FENTANYL IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. It's been a few years since the fentanyl lounge of 2022... Let's take a look at the situation @ 37.77932, -122.41457 The site was located Market & 8th, near UN Plaza The year is 2026... Looks like the fentanyl lounge is closed, Brand New Whole Foods is closed and thousands more San Franciscans have since then overdosed and died from fentanyl, yet the architects of the social experiment continue to insist the real failure was insufficient funding and insufficient ideological purity. London Breed, Aaron Peskin, Chesa Boudin and Dean Preston have made life hell for our city’s families with their leftist brand of virtue signaling and willful delusion... Their latest socialist attempt to take back control and power from San Francisco families is to place and maneuver and rally behind the sexy Native American Jackie Fielder who is a socialist hoping the public will once again confuse virtue signaling and feel good words for competence. The same politicians that treated open air self destruction as a civil right now expects voters to forget the body count, all of the closed down grocery stores and restaurants, all of the boarded up storefronts and the fentanyl plagued schools and playgrounds... Consider, then, if you would be so kind, what these San Francisco leaders claim to value... How quick should we be to forget about how they insisted time and time again, City Hall meeting after City Hall meeting, that refusing to open up a fentanyl lounge would be cruel because the city must supply the crack pipes and needles by which people destroy themselves. Yet if the stated goal is to reduce harm, why does the policy begin by providing the instruments of that harm? The parents who opposed the plan predicted precisely what would happen and it did happen, so SAN FRANCISCO MOM AND DAD WERE RIGHT... The lounge closed, the store closed and the number of our dead less fortunate American Brothers and Sisters continues to rise till this very day... These parents paid an arm and a leg in taxes only to notice what happens when a city treats self destruction as a service to be subsidized by our family tax payer dollars. All while our local San Francisco democrat leaders treated the rising body count as further proof that their leftist agenda had not yet been applied purely enough. The same pattern continues. London Breed, Aaron Peskin, Chesa Boudin, and Dean Preston have overseen the results of their own prescriptions, and now they advance Jackie Fielder as the next bearer of the identical ideas. They ask the public to accept that the previous failures were not failures of the doctrine itself, but merely of its incomplete realization. This is the classic move of those who will not examine the gap between what they promise and what they produce: when the evidence accumulates against them, they change the face of the policy rather than the policy. A city that keeps installing the same convictions under new names should not be surprised when the same wreckage reappears. The collapse of San Francisco was not and will never be a straight drop downwards... Socialism works like low tides pulling us and big waves smashing us. However, there is still hope for the families of San Francisco and there has been real resistance from Moms and Dads fighting back against the socialist takeover. On the contrary, saving our once great beautiful city is not a straight path upwards either... Think of our city as a man with a different horse tied to each limb, all yanking in opposite directions. If we keep supporting socialism, those horses pull us right back down. The socialists run false propaganda against nuclear families and the beautiful culture white people built here in America, then they profit off the hatred and benefit from the division. Cut the ropes of socialism and the man can stand again. You know what's not cool? Children forced to navigate the fentanyl plagued trenches of San Francisco, tripping over needles and bodies, only to then be targeted by perverted leftist educators when they get to school who want to sexualize students while also destroying any concept of family or America. What did they do about it? They made teaching Algebra in math class illegal because it's "racist"

My promise to Minnesota. I will work across the aisle to serve our great state, find common ground where we can, and stand firm when it matters. Minnesotans deserve a senator who answers to them, not a party.

Sadiq Khan will defend a woman's right to cover her face. He won't defend her right to wear a cross. Asked about the burqa, the Mayor said he "wouldn't dream" of telling women what to wear it's their freedom to choose. Ask him the same about a nurse with a crucifix, or a Christian told to keep their faith quiet at work, and see how quickly the freedom disappears. Freedom of religion for one, freedom to shut up for the rest.

Saving the planet, I’m told, requires abolishing capitalism. We need “an environment that provides for all people” says @AOC. Greed “is literally destroying our planet," says @SenSanders. Their answer is: socialism. They’re wrong—free markets protect nature better.

In South Africa, the murder of White farmers is not only encouraged by members of parliament but also celebrated. Last week, 50-year-old cattle farmer Donovan Marx was brutally tortured during an attack on his farm in Syferfontein, in South Africa’s North West province. According to police, three unidentified armed men wearing balaclavas entered the property and tied up a farmworker before confronting Marx, shooting him in the upper body, dragging him into his house, and restraining him with cable ties. During the attack, Marx had both ears cut off, was severely beaten, shot in the back, and stabbed in the leg. According to Agri North West deputy chairperson André Strydom, the attackers also attempted to mutilate his genitals. Marx underwent emergency surgery and is currently in critical but stable condition. Police have now arrested five suspects in connection with the attack. Following the attack, Andile Mngxitama, a member of South Africa's parliament, took to X to celebrate it, stating that “attacking the ears is symbolic to denote the refusal of land thieves to listen” and “No land no peace.” Over 3,000 farmers have been murdered in South Africa over the past 30 years. The South African government, however, has refused to acknowledge that there is a racial element to farm murders and instead insists that they are part of a broader crime problem in a dangerous country.

If you cannot disavow the RGC you have no business being in America let alone the Senate.
A young Iranian-American Michigander describes how his family has been hunted by the IRGC, cites tens of thousands of protesters reportedly killed by the regime, and asks Abdul one simple question: Will you condemn the IRGC? Abdul refuses.

What he has been told is a lie, he cannot become a girl!
The correction on pronouns is fine, ofc, but I wish there had been a correction on the 'more research' question from Keilar. The female category is a sex category, not a performance category. Any treatment - call it 'GAC' or whatever - that reduces performance is irrelevant: It doesn't change sex. ...

I am honored to have the support of voters like Matt from Eden Prairie. Our campaign is about bringing everyone, Republicans, Democrats, and independents, together to end the fraud and restore accountability. My opponent has been lieutenant governor for eight years and still wants to blame others. That is not the kind of leadership Minnesotans want or deserve.

TALARICO TAPES: Williamson County Democratic Chair and James Talarico’s Girlfriend’s Family Reveal to O’Keefe That Talarico Is Portraying Himself as a Moderate to Win Over Texas Voters, but Privately Holds Very Progressive Positions on Border Security, Immigration, Abortion, and Transgender Surgeries for Minors “James [Talarico], he's not going middle.” “He's [Talarico] definitely going to play the middle ground because he's in Texas. but he is a lot more progressive on it [abortion].” “Don't put too much stock into border security comments…“He [Talarico] and I have spoken about these issues.” “He [Talarico] probably said that to try to make himself appear more centrist. He's very liberal…but we've got to get elected, so we can do something.” @jamestalarico @texasdemocrats @wilcotnyd @wilcotxgov @kimg_atx

Steven Bartlett asks James Talarico how Texas chases “equality” without chasing off figures like @ElonMusk. Talarico’s answer: Musk’s net worth is a “spiritual sickness,” and the rich should pay something closer to the 1950s rate of 90%. BARTLETT: “What would you have done to stop [Elon from becoming a trillionaire]?” TALARICO: “We at one point in this country, we had, I think it was in the 1950s, had a top marginal tax rate of 90%. I don’t think it needs to be that high, but we used to have a political system and an economic system that more fairly distributed the fruits of our labor.” “And I think the thing that really upsets people, particularly about the Elon example, is that Tesla was successful because of taxpayer dollars, right? Tesla got investment from the federal government, which is why it has been so successful.” CONTEXT: The taxpayer dollars Tesla received were a LOAN from the Department of Energy in 2010. Ford got $5,900,000,000, and Nissan got $1,400,000,000 from the same program. But Tesla did something those automakers hadn’t. It repaid the full $465,000,000 it had borrowed, with interest, 9 years ahead of schedule, becoming the first automaker in the program to pay its loan back in full.
