A great conversation with @gwfulce ahead of Election Day!
NEW EPISODE: @gwfulce talked this week with a top GOP pollster, @nickweinstein of @cygnal, about polling and why the industry got burned in 2016. Then he gets into the new poll, UH Poll, the trans-mailer psy-op, and @jacob_wass beer chug with @GregAbbott_TX.

If I fielded a poll that named a candidate who hadn’t qualified for the ballot, I would have to toss out the fieldwork and start over. That's inexcusable for a project this close to Election Day.
👀 NEW Siena poll in NY-21 (Retiring Rep. Elise Stefanik's district): Blake Gendebien (D) 46% Anthony Constantino (R) 42% Undecided 8% Sponsored by local news outlets NBC5 (WPTZ), Times-Union & WAMC, conducted by Siena from Sept 30-Oct 6 among 496 Likely Voters, MOE +/- 4.6%.

Also, without a retro ballot, it’s impossible to compare the sample to past election results. Some of the underlying results here are improbable and tough to explain.

"I think the firewall state for Republicans right now is interestingly Maine, and it's it's a blue state. It's a state that Republicans have no business competing in. But Susan Collins is an excellent candidate, and the Democrats have their own misstep up there on the candidate side of things. And I think if Republicans are able to hold on to Maine, it probably bodes well for the rest of the night for Republicans because the math gets really, really tough for the Democrats from there." @nickweinstein joins us to discuss the most competitive Senate races, and where seats could flip LIVE NOW—ntd.com/ntdplus/livestream-w…

The Bills are 3-0, but might be 2-1 if Josh Allen had played only 75% of the snaps.
The S&P 500 is near a record, but if you strip out the A.I. companies, it’s down 5% since late August. My @Morning_Joe Chart

What would you do in the last hour of your life? Where would you be? Who would remember it? What would it look like? Maybe it would look like this. #neverforget
Welles Crowther, a former Boston College lacrosse player who had a trademark red bandana, was working in New York on Sept. 11, 2001. This is the story of how he led people to safety after terrorists struck the World Trade Center.

We cannot be giving this issue to Democrats.
FDOT just revoked permits for Automated License Plate Readers (LPRs) on state roads, giving us 30 days to rip out technology that’s helped our Police track fleeing suspects, get guns off our streets, and arrest violent criminals. This is a hit to public safety. I’m bringing legislation to take back control of our roads from the State. Our residents deserve better.

This is Trump's most based and correct take in a long, long time.

26% of Trump's 2024 voters aren't locked into a Republican congressional vote. That's about 12% of the whole electorate, and just 2% of them have gone to Democrats. The generic ballot movement is coming from self-identified Republicans who haven't found a reason to show up yet. The good news: there's still time to win them. This might be a crazy idea, but what if everyone voted on the same day. It could be called Election Day and that way everyone could have roughly the same information before casting their ballots. @Politico

Wait. Flock are just LPRs? Guys, those have been around for a loooooong time. I legit thought it was something new because it's been in the news lately. LPR data has been part of criminal discovery for quite some time.

Freddy in the Finger Lakes! 👏🏻
After a long day of driving we’ve finally had the time to explore a bit and it was WORTH it. This is somewhere in the Watkins Glen State Park in New York. For a moment I felt like I was deep in the jungle searching for an ancient lost city.
