"Honestly, it is absolute nonsense! You’ve got a young kid playing with unbelievable talent, he goes in for a challenge, and the red card gets upheld? What are we actually looking at here? The FA are completely out of touch with reality.
You want to protect young players, you want to see them express themselves on the pitch—not kill the game over a soft decision that everyone in the country knows was wrong. It’s a joke, it really is.
We talk week in, week out about the standard of refereeing and consistency, and then we see something like this. Arsenal put forward a totally valid, common-sense appeal, and it gets thrown back in their face.
It’s institutional stubbornness, plain and simple. They just refuse to admit when they’ve got it wrong because of a badge or a protocol. Let the kid play football!"

Imagine this is your dad, brother, or God forbird, thirty years from now, your son. Wakes up early, works his butt off all day to provide for his wife and children, comes in quietly after the whole house is asleep, and crawls into bed to get a few hours of sleep before doing it all over again. Every dad and husband recognizes the desperation and pain on this man's face.

Where most schools don’t catch on is that, these are run from the commercial arm of the club and not the coaching side.
