Looks like we're in for some snow tomorrow. π¨οΈβοΈ
Check our website tomorrow morning at 6:30 for cancellations stswr.ca/ and watch the video below to understand how we make cancellation decisions.
With the colder weather today is it a great time to post the @stswr video on inclement weather. It will help you understand the process we go through when there is snow in the forecast. Please watch! #snow #wr

Today our owls are working together to walk 600km in memory of Chanie Wenjack, who attempted to walk the same distance home after escaping from a residential school. Sadly, Chanie did not survive his journey, so we will finish it for him π #dosomething @oakwrdsb @wrdsb
As follow up to Secret Path Week, today @oakwrdsb students and staff will be participating in a Walk for Wenjack and weβve set the goal of 600kms (or 2400 laps of the field). @downiewenjack
Thank you to all @oakwrdsb students, families and staff who supported this yearβs @TerryFoxCanada campaign in support of cancer research. Weβve exceeded our goal, and weβre looking forward to a great event this afternoon! #OwlCommunity schools.terryfox.ca/38061

These two have been practising! Our students raised enough money for Terry Fox to see a lot of fun things tomorrow at our run - ice dunks and pies in the face, but these two performing will be a highlight for sure! @ms_challman @oakwrdsb #OCProud
Join us for our Meet the Family event tomorrow at 6:00pm! #CrispySlice pizza sales will begin at 5:30pm. We are really looking forward to connecting with all @oakwrdsb students & families! #OwlCommunity π¦π²
