The Louvre is next.
Someone has suggested that the Louvre's magnificent and priceless works of art should be moved to Poland. To keep them safe – but also so they can be appreciated in a civilized environment.
A year ago today, thieves walked into the Louvre in broad daylight and walked out with the crown jewels – in seven minutes. Activists had already thrown cake and soup at the Mona Lisa. Only the glass saved her.
It may sound like a joke. Until you imagine if they were to burn the Mona Lisa.
Notre Dame burned after all…
We are talking about the heritage of Our Civilization.
Can the French government be trusted to protect it?
Centuries of Western genius, in a country that can no longer protect its own streets.
We would take good care of her.
Civilization is best kept by the people who would never throw soup at it.

BREAKING: Billionaire Sir Richard Branson unleashes a SCORCHING attack on Trump and his disgusting cozying up to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
This is EXACTLY the kind of thing that gets under Trump's skin...
"I thought I’d never have to say this in my lifetime, but this is 2026, and sadly nothing is what it used to be," Branson, the founder of Virgin Group, wrote on LinkedIn. "The Trump administration has become an appeaser to autocrats and dictators, putting their personal whims before the best interests of the American people and those of the free world. What is it about Putin that President Trump fawns over?"
"How will America’s allies ever be able to trust this administration again when they are now turning against them at a time of war and suffering?" he asked.
Trump has repeatedly betrayed our Ukrainian allies in recent days. First, he announced a stunning deal with Putin to allow millions of barrels of diesel into the global markets, a move that will directly pump money into the Russian war machine. Then, he began a concerted smear campaign against President Zelenskyy and said that Putin is easier to deal with.
The backstabbing escalated when Washington failed to provide its usual early warning to Kyiv of an incoming Russian ballistic missile attack. Now, it appears that the White House ordered a temporary disruption of Starshield, a military version of Elon Musk's Starlink that the Ukrainian armed forces rely upon.
"The slowdown of Starlink/Starshield and the inexplicable lack of advance warning of Russian missile launches have already caused Ukrainian civilians to die unnecessarily," wrote Branson. "How much worse can it get?"
"If one thing is clear it’s that European leaders must overcome the initial shock about Trump’s recent actions and step up to the plate. It’s as much about Europe’s freedom as it is about Ukraine’s sovereignty. Both are worth fighting for," he continued. "All options should be on the table now, from the transfer of frozen Russian assets to Ukraine to the delivery of advanced weapons systems such as Germany’s Taurus."
"Why oh why is this happening? We cannot let the free world be dismantled before our very eyes," Branson concluded.
We couldn't agree more. Trump is an enemy to Ukraine, an enemy to democracy, and an enemy to the American people. When Democrats retake power, we have our work cut out for us. Every last trace of this monstrous man's legacy must be erased.
Please ❤️ and share if you think that Trump is Putin's puppet!

What’s terrifying about this clip isn’t their ideals…these sweet gals’ hearts are certainly in the right place. What’s terrifying is they have the civic, political, and economic literacy of a 9 year old. When a charlatan like Abdul comes along with the Jr High class president schtick of “no more homework and the vending machines are all free!”, they fall for it.
I don’t know how you get to that age with ZERO understanding of supply chains, manufacturing, labor costs…but a lot of folks think that medicine and MRIs and hospitals just materialize out of thin air like unicorn farts. They’ve never built anything in their lives, so they have no concept of how things function…things are just…there. They think milk comes from the store. They think rich people don’t pay taxes, even though the top 1% fund 40% of government with their taxes already, and yet 40% of all Americans contribute ZERO federal income tax at all. These people don’t understand that you could tax the wealthy at 100% and it would only fund the government for 120 days. Then you’re screwed.
Too many Americans simply have zero understanding of how anything works, and even though they’re living in the easiest times in human history, they think things are “terrible out there”. These commie scammers roll through and promise them things that sound great, but aren’t possible in reality, and have devastating consequences if tried…but because they don’t know anything, they fall for it. Sadly, so many of our politicians and their advisors are such atrocious communicators, there’s like zero countervailing narrative to push back on the commie gobbledygook, so we are gonna have to learn the hard way. Guys…we just had a sample of socialism: Covid. We all got universal basic income, and it ended up tripling our costs and they’ll never go down. Ever. That one brief little experiment in command and control government will haunt us the rest of our lives. Bleak stuff, man.

Who are some good reverent modern liturgical composers in your opinion? The classical chestnuts are perfectly good but the only way to truly move away from the saccharine slop is to replace it with better, newer works.

Oil is flowing again, and the Iranian regime’s currency is in free fall. The only way this war ends is to keep up maximum pressure.
When the regime is defeated, Iran will no longer be a threat to Israel or our Gulf allies, and China and Russia lose too.

One of the traditional Catholic colleges needs to create a medical school and have a robust pre med program that feeds it. This is the most effective way to fix this problem. And we desperately need good Catholic doctors in our society

Because Jesus didn't sexually abuse an 8 year old.
Because Jesus wasn't a warlord.
Because Jesus didn't kill anyone.
Because Jesus didn't have slaves.
Because Jesus doesn't hate those who aren't Christian.
Because Jesus didn't murder sinners.
Should I go on?
Chris Rock explains what “making it” in Hollywood means to him today:
“Most people don’t make it in Hollywood. Making it is, to me, where I’m at right now: my daughter having great kids. Having love in your life. If you got no love, you’re broke as f—k. That’s making it. All this other stuff, it’s just a job at the end of the day... I often think about school. You go to college and spend 18 years in school. What do you remember? You remember who you dated, who wouldn’t date you, how the dating was going on, who you loved, who didn’t love you. That’s all you remember. You don't remember any classes. You remember 4% of the teachers. But you remember all the love you got — and all the love you didn’t get.”

In a country that had eliminated measles, we now have babies been born with measles. Interestingly 70% of the cases are 18 or older. The unvaccianted were just fine - depending on the vaccinated neighbors to protect them and their children - until more people folowed their lead.

There are many differences between the right and the left, but this gets at one of the most important, in my opinion: It would never occur to me or any of my friends to play dress up to celebrate somebody's horrific murder in front of those who loved and admired him, and it would be completely impossible for me to collect a dozen people to tag along and applaud as I did it.
But on the left, this is easy, and variations on it happen all the time.
We are different kinds of people.

I’m now on week 3 of trying to arrange for my step son to play with a kid who lives 2 houses away. It’s supposedly happening tomorrow.
We’ve gone through plans, schedules, activity ideas.
Things don’t have to be this way. Just open your door and let your kid out.

"Now, you remember a year ago, we talked about my teacher telling me 2+2 = 4, already a laughable notion. But, now, another one's telling me 2 x 2 = 4. So, which is it? Who's making these claims? It's not me. It's not you. So who is it? And who's paying them?"

“Socialism is the philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy.” - Winston Churchill (May 1948)
Our national debt has now blown past $40 trillion, and Washington's answer is always the same: spend more, borrow more, and hand the bill to the next generation.
I have a different answer. My Six Penny Plan cuts six cents of every dollar the federal government is projected to spend, applied across the board. We balance the budget in 5 years with no new taxes.
