Why does Trump have such a boner for Russia? Epstein blackmail? Russian agent? My gut tells me these things are probably not true, and it is much more simple then that.
Forget everything you know about Trump and let's take this at face value. The man is a billionaire real estate tycoon. His financial relations with Russia date back to 1984 when Trump sold 5 condos in his Manhattan tower to David Bogatin. Trump Jr. stated in 2008, "in terms of high-end product influx into the US, Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets; say in Dubai, and certainly with our project in SoHo and anywhere in New York. We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia."
Trump has also consistently attempted to build towers or various luxury housing units in Moscow as far back as 1987. While still the USSR.
Why would Trump want to build in Russia so much? Maybe because it is a massive emerging market with totally untapped potential to western developers. As he has wanted to build there for decades it would be a logical assumption that he still does, adding major incentive to end the war; if possible in favorable Russian terms which would in turn result favorably to his future developments.
But likely more of a factor is the above mentioned-abnormally frequent real estate deals involving Russian buyers. This explains, very obviously, why he wants Russian assets unfrozen so bad as it would directly effect future investment in his developments. It also explains why he is so respectful, rarely if ever critiques them, and seems to even be trying to sway American support towards their side.
Furthermore I can find very little evidence of past deals with Trump in Ukraine(just 1 exploratory effort for a Hotel/golf course in Kiev), and I think it's safe to assume now that there will be no future Trump-Ukrainian developments, nor will many rich Ukrainians be inclined to buy any of his property from this point on. Ukraine is a much smaller market, and they now despise him.
I believe everything he does in public is just an act, and he still has even the haters fooled. He's not an Israeli or Russian agent, there probably isn't any blackmail being used on him, and he is NOT stupid. A stupid man would not be getting this rich as POTUS and getting away with it like he is.

Spectacular footage of the Novokuybyshevsk oil refinery in Russia’s Samara Oblast engulfed in flames following the Ukrainian drone attack overnight.
🔥🛢️ After a prolonged pause in Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries, a massive overnight drone attack targeted the Novokuybyshevsk refinery near Samara, Russia, on October 30.
The Rosneft-owned refinery has an annual processing capacity of 8.8 million tonnes of crude oil and also produces jet fuel for Russian military aviation.

A large column of dark black smoke is rising from a fire near the Port of Sochi, Russia, after an apparent explosion. The cause and what exactly exploded have not been confirmed, though local reports suggest it came from a ship at the port.
Sochi has been hit repeatedly in recent weeks. On September 3, a Ukrainian naval drone struck the port, and Ukraine's Navy said it hit the offshore support vessel Nefrit. A fire at an oil depot near the city's airport followed on September 4 and reignited on September 7.
The incident comes as commercial shipping in the western Black Sea is under attack. On Monday, the Turkish owned grain carrier Royad Mammadov sank off Romania after a drone strike, killing two crew. Early Tuesday, drones hit two more Turkish owned ships about 70 nautical miles off Bulgaria, the first attack on shipping in its exclusive economic zone. The Alfa Watan sank with its crew missing.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky blamed Russia for the Romania strike. Romania has not named a suspect, and Bulgaria's prime minister did not say who launched the drones. Both countries are NATO members, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said commercial ships and crews are being targeted.

Drone warfare is just going insane…
They are figuring out how to use this platform against us and ramping it up to scale.
X has changed so much in the past year since I started using it.. I think by the time 2028 elections come around it will be so saturated with bots, fake accounts, propaganda/misinformation and AI that this will no longer be a useful tool for gathering news and information.

Ukraine is now using Bars jet-powered missile-drones as interceptors against Russian jet-powered drones.
According to Zelenskyy, Bars currently shows the highest effectiveness among Ukraine’s jet-drone interceptors, with a kill rate of around 30%. The same Bars platform is also used by Ukraine for long-range strike missions.

🇷🇺The Kapotnya refinery in Moscow is on fire after Ukraine's largest drone attack of the war.
1,600+ drones downed since Saturday, 450 aimed at Moscow.
Multiple fires reported at the site a nearby warehouse complex in Sofyino was also struck.
Kapotnya processes 11m tonnes of oil a year and supplies a major share of Moscow's fuel market.
It's the same playbook Ukraine has run all year drain Russia's fuel supply, one refinery at a time.
Timing is interesting…final day of Russia's 3-day parliamentary elections.

The U.S. fired 70+ high end air defense interceptors during Iran's latest ballistic missile attack on Jordan, some of which was captured in the video below.
The Wall Street Journal reports the U.S. fired 60–70 Patriots and more than a dozen THAAD interceptors against roughly 20 Iranian ballistic missiles. Iran used increasingly complex warheads designed to release multiple projectiles near their targets, and some missiles still struck aircraft at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base.
The expenditure comes after the U.S. had already fired roughly 1,700 Patriots, 200 THAADs and 150 naval Standard Missiles by mid-July.
The Pentagon says claims that U.S. interceptor stocks are depleted are false. But a new DoD inspector general report found that the war has produced strategic inventory shortfalls and exposed industrial-base bottlenecks in munition resupply.
