You can get 1M+ views on LinkedIn in under 2 weeks using Grokbot I followed this religiously & did 5M impressions last month for my clients Here's the setup: Tell Grokbot to scan Reddit posts in your niche and pull the biggest pain points your ICP is dealing with right now Have it find 10 to 20 competitors across YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn Take their most viral posts and tell it to recreate each one in your own format, using the exact same virality framework Schedule 20 to 30 posts for the next month, lead magnets, hot takes, short form, all of it Posts start taking off within 5 to 7 days Not hard at all, lol

Own your intelligence. Anyone that opposes this has something to sell you (perhaps your own intelligence back to you.) Local models need to continue proliferating. The “absolute unit” massive models may be out of reach for now locally, so your best option is to, indeed, keep your options open. Own your harness, data, connections, runtime: your agents. Embrace open source.

Hector Serrano (@hectorserrranoo) runs what may be the most innovative paid growth program in Silicon Valley. He joined @WisprFlow at 19, days after quitting D1 soccer. After making every ad himself for 1.5 years, he took the playbook the best e-com brands have used for years and made it work for B2B SaaS: creators make the ads, get paid a cut of the ad spend, and the best of them earn $100K+ a year. Over the past year, Wispr Flow grew revenue 30x+ and recently raised at a $2B valuation. Hector shares his full playbook. We cover: 01:17 What Hector does at Wispr Flow 03:10 The number-one growth lever 04:25 When to start investing in paid ads 08:27 The paid-UGC strategy and how it developed 13:44 How creator compensation works: percent of ad spend vs. GMV 20:07 The profile of a great modern marketing hire 25:03 The importance of young talent 28:22 Hector’s journey from D1 soccer to Wispr Flow 31:03 Step-by-step: How to build a paid-UGC group from zero 43:03 Reaching out to creators 45:37 Building culture inside your creator group 48:31 The role of the media buyer alongside the creative lead 50:05 Team size and structure 53:44 Why UGC works even in technical and enterprise SaaS 56:15 Advice for people embarking on the creator path 59:50 Common mistakes to avoid 01:02:21 The sports approach to hiring 01:03:52 Why the best marketers are allergic to AI output 01:08:07 Founder-led content 01:16:01 Why YouTube packaging matters more than production quality 01:20:06 Lightning round and final thoughts Also available on YouTube: youtube.com/watch?v=KzS5Qs7v…

There’s a misconception that a successful launch video needs to cost tens of thousands of dollars and feel like a high production commercial. But @FarzaTV has a different approach. Farza is the founder of @heyclicky and previously built Buildspace, one of the largest online schools for people working on their own ideas. He’s been making videos for over a decade, and today his posts regularly get millions of views. Rather than treating launches as rare, high-stakes moments, he’s made them part of the everyday process of building a company. Farza sat down with YC’s @aaron_epstein to share his playbook for turning demos into stories people actually want to watch. He breaks down how he scripts videos that still feel off the cuff, why founders should launch constantly, and and how to figure out which channels actually convert. 01:44 — Launch Constantly 03:38 — Start Shipping Demos 05:02 — Show the Process 06:07 — The Clicky Launch 07:43 — Write a Hook That Stops the Scroll 10:30 — Why Farza Scripts Every Video 12:04 — Designing the First 10 Seconds 15:15 — Demo-Driven Development 17:25 — You Have to Take a Thousand Shots 20:48 — Farza’s Formula for Videos That Convert 23:01 — Turning Demos Into Stories 24:53 — Show What You're Actually Building 29:11 — Finding Customers on Social Media 31:02 — Which Platforms Actually Convert? 39:01 — Why Farza’s First Hire Was a Filmmaker 40:49 — The Video Stack 45:41 — The 30-Day Launch Challenge

Talked to multiple founders yesterday who have been building their products over the last 3 years. Started manual code. They feel behind and slower than companies that started this year with all code written by agents. I have never seen such an order of magnitude difference.

We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence. block.xyz/dessa

I wonder how midterms and public sentiment towards AI will be affected when security issues go mainstream.
October has been an absolute nightmare for software > Railway - customer secrets exposure > LiteLLM - malicious PyPI + Docker releases > Zeabur - infrastructure breached > OpenCode - AI API keys exposed > OVHcloud CLI - official binaries backdoored > Rank Math PRO - malware in official plugin > TeamUpdraft - customer data compromised > ConnectWise - cloud backup identities compromised > Tensorlake - npm package infected > SubQuery - backdoored npm package > GhostAction - GitHub repos with malicious workflows > PHP - critical RCE vulnerabilities > Node.js - security vulnerabilities patched > eMudhra - certificate authority keys compromised > Tailscale - eMudhra incident At this point, the biggest security risk might not be the code we write, but the code we trust...

Barbell theory
.@jayleno says the middle of the consumer market is disappearing, from cars to hotels to restaurants. "The middle is dead." "I see Porsche moving upscale and they want to be like Ferrari." "Everything is that way now. With hotels, you're either at the Motel 6 or the Four Seasons." "Restaurants are either fast food or top end restaurant." "We have no middle class anymore."

Ben Horowitz on treating your story as your strategy, and why founders often skip writing it even though it's one of the most important parts of the job: "The story of the company is also the strategy of the company... In your mind, you're kind of adjusting that strategy a little bit at a time every day. But then a quarter later, it's actually pretty different than what you started with." "So it's really important that you keep upgrading your story. The articulation of your story. I would definitely recommend it be in written form." "Something that you can share with everybody in the company, and everybody you're recruiting, everybody you're trying to raise money from, all your constituents, every customer." "The problem that I think founders have is it doesn't feel like work. Like, 'What are you doing today?' 'I'm working on my story.' That doesn't sound like work." "Because it doesn't feel like work, people don't do it, but it's probably one of the most important parts of the job." @bhorowitz w/ @speedrun GP @Tocelot

“Hopefully the AI Is nice to us” - @elonmusk The importance of being truth seeking and optimistic is greater now, more than ever. AI will be training on the narratives we feed it. Because the future is open, not predetermined, we are responsible for what it learns and how it is shaped. A better world will not be possible if we cannot imagine it or narrate it. Physical AI won’t be able to deliver a path to a better world if we don’t feed it one. Really enjoyed the latest interview with Elon and @WalterIsaacson

So if they added wings to the roadster and allowed it to glide after launch, could the air compressors refill fast enough to sustain a glided flight over long distances?

instead of just hiring a head of social, more companies should hire heads of platforms "head of X" "head of LinkedIn" "head of tiktok" and have each person responsible for dominating on those platforms learn every growth hack, leverage employees w/ existing audiences on those platforms, and grow exponentially even if not full-time gigs, i'd rather have a platform expert who can dedicate 20 hours a week vs one person trying to juggle 6 accounts at once just pick the platform that will move the needle most for your biz (wherever your customers/audience is spending the most time)

I love when people care about their work
Ways I like to work and experiment: For this search input component, I can strip away pretty much all of the surrounding UI and focus entirely on the component in isolation. From there, I can quickly jump between different states, bringing back parts of the UI or the full context to experiment with patterns, behaviors, and interactions.
