Ly et al. report the widespread formation of nuclear mutant huntingtin gene (HTT) mRNA clusters in #HuntingtonsDisease (HD) mouse models and patient brains, identifying mutant HTT/HTT1a mRNA clustering as an early, robust molecular signature of HD. bit.ly/3EPJayx
