Not all major tragedies originated in Europe. Here are just a few examples:
Taiping Rebellion, China (1850–1864): 20–30 million deaths
Dungan Revolt, China (1862–1877): Millions of deaths
Japanese invasion of China (1931–1945): Millions of deaths
Chinese Civil War (1927–1949): Millions of deaths
Great Leap Forward, China (1958–1962): 15–45 million deaths
Khmer Rouge regime, Cambodia (1975–1979): 1.5–2 million deaths
Iran–Iraq War (1980–1988): Hundreds of thousands of deaths
And let's not forget Russia's own imperial conquests, the Circassian genocide, Stalin's mass deportations, the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, and Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Russia wasn't an innocent bystander in European imperial history. It was one of its major players.

Russia has spent centuries doing the same things he blames on Europe. The Holodomor starved millions of Ukrainians in the 1930s under Stalin. The Soviet Union ran the Gulag system that killed millions more. It invaded Poland with Hitler in 1939, then spent decades occupying Eastern Europe by force.
It crushed uprisings in Hungary in 1956 and Czechoslovakia in 1968.
It invaded Afghanistan in 1979 and left it in ruins. It has fought multiple wars in Chechnya and Georgia. It is currently killing Ukrainians in a war it started.
Colonization, conquest, and mass death are not uniquely European. Russia has a long record of both.
Blaming every tragedy of the last 500 years on Europe while ignoring Russia’s own body count is not history. It is propaganda.
