If your umbrel node suddenly filled up, when you had plenty of free space, check i2p settings on bitcoin. Turn off if you don't use it, truncate any giant -json.log files in /var/lib/docker/containers/, cap em.

Good Lord! AI handles million word context while we are shrinking ours. If we kept the standards "college material" would again be merely 10% or maybe 5% of the population.

Over the last 25 days. Output of myself part-time (had lots of executive duties & activity) and my full time development-partner. Fall like lightning. Flow like water.

I have simple thesis. Bitcoin is on adoption curve and wants to go up. But when Fed withdraws liquidity, bitcoin trades down. Stable/neutral = less selling of bitcoin, more up.

Is the Fed done selling yet??!?! Anyway, let's paint a nice red hammer.

We kiss an exponential line that has been respected for 11 years just as the Fed winds up 3 years of asset sales and the government reopens so the TGA can disgorge. It's almost perfectly calibrated to make sure leveraged longs are busted so we can go higher.

Our hypothesis is that we remain in an exponential adoption channel on the left-side of the adoption bell curve. Bitcoin periodically enjoys parabolic departures from the lower levels under favorable liquidity conditions. We haven't had favorable conditions for 3 years.

Gold weekly chart is terrifying. China pressing the accelerator. What they are saying is, "We don't want your dollars." BUT they don't want to reprice their own currency and lose all their export markets tied to dollar. Just like we don't want a market price on 30 year treasury bonds. Trade breaks down. Imaginary conversation: Xi: "You say your dollars are worth something, then sell us your land and companies." Trump: "Absolutely not." Xi: "Fine, we won't ship you the really scarce stuff." Trump: "Fine, we won't ship *you* our finest stuff." [hang up] This needs to be resolved quickly. Bitcoin will follow this chart and overtake it, possibly soon, but possibly after an uncomfortably long consolidation while market figures it out. The ₿130k seizure signals US direction. "Budget neutral." There will be more of this. US needs a MSTR sized stack to play. Problem is China can get all the bitcoin they want from us by demanding it in trade. They can also get the gold the same way. The only way to hold on to these assets is to start making stuff here.

SHA256 is "Secure Hash Algorithm 256 bit" A hash algorithm is a way of turning any blob of data into a single number, in this case a 256 bit number which is bigger than all the atoms in the universe. You cannot go backwards from the number to the text or "pre-image". And if you change even 1 bit of the input you get a completely different number in a totally unpredictable way. There is no "encryption" invovled. But this is a key building block of the technology of bitcoin and integral to the process of bitcoin mining aka "hashing".

What is all this 0-sat per vbyte stuff? 1 sat was the minimum. Still is on the version I run. What changed?

Was great to see everyone come out for Dirty Coin here in Sarasota! — We had so many that we are working to get it shown again in a couple months!
