There is something deeply cynical about the way some of the ultra rich put on public displays of religious devotion. Whether genuine or staged, these performances help create an image of piety while encouraging superstition among ordinary people.
Think about the class divide. The rich have money, power, the best education and every opportunity life can offer. Yet they publicly display their religious devotion in front of millions who struggle to make ends meet. The message to the poor is simple: if even billionaires rely so heavily on religion, perhaps it is their only hope too.
This is how religion can become a tool of social control. The rich hold on to their wealth and privilege, while the poor are encouraged to pray for miracles instead of questioning inequality or demanding a fairer society. Meanwhile, self proclaimed godmen and babas make money out of their desperation.
The wealthy do not need divine intervention to protect their interests. They have money, power and privilege. It is the poor who are sold the fantasy of salvation while being denied the means to change their material conditions.
A society that teaches the poor to pray rather than question inequality is doing a tremendous service to the rich. 🤔🤔

These BJP frauds know nothing about Delhi. It is well known that 26 km stretch of Yamuna river from Palla to Wazirabad has always been comparatively clean. It was cleaner during AAP Govt even as per DPCC reports. The first Nallah (Najafgarh drain) enters Yamuna river at Wazirabad near Signature bridge. That's 862 MGD drain which pollutes Yamuna first after 26 kms of its entry into Delhi. That has always be cleaner. Stupid BJP leaders does not know the basics of Delhi.
Like last year around Chhath, BJP's Haryana Govt has been asked by Centre to release extra fresh water into Yamuna from Hathnikund barrage in Haryana. This extra water further dilutes the pollutant load and these jokers start their circus to fool the people of Delhi.
They are the set of same BJP frauds who wasted public money to construct a Nakli Yamuna of bisleri water last year. When they were exposed, the PM had to cancel his plans to take dip in Nakli Yamuna.
I invite Manoj Tiwali and Water Minister Parvesh Verma to drink water at Kalindi Kunj Ghat. Last year also they ran away from the challenge. This year too, they will run away.

Just got a call from a senior BJP leader.
After some chit-chat, I asked him why the PM, HM, all the ministers, and BJP CMs were talking so much about MLC elections.
He told me that this was unprecedented and had never happened before in history.
He said, “Everything is going against us now. We’ve even lost Varanasi, Nagpur, Lucknow, Patna, and Prayagraj. So, we had to do this to divert attention from our failures.”
He further said that Rahul Gandhi has announced a mega rally at Ramlila Maidan on November 1, and that’s our biggest headache right now.
At last, he asked me not to attend the rally because it would be very crowded.
