Days after the OCC finalized new stablecoin capital rules.
And right before Ripple Swell.
Coincidence? Maybe.
Let’s follow the plumbing.
1. WHAT DID RIPPLE ACTUALLY GET?
A commercial bank takes deposits, makes loans, and creates credit.
A national trust bank does something different.
It safeguards assets, administers property, manages collateral, and acts as a fiduciary under federal OCC supervision.
Ripple didn’t receive a license to become JPMorgan.
It received approval for federally supervised trust infrastructure.
2. THREE AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES.
• Managing segregated RLUSD reserves.
• Acting as collateral trustee for RLUSD holders.
• Providing fiduciary digital asset custody.
Read that second one again.
COLLATERAL TRUSTEE.
That’s a legal responsibility, not a marketing slogan.
Institutions need to know who controls collateral, who benefits, and what happens when something fails.
3. THE THREE-LAYER STRUCTURE.
Standard Custody & Trust Company remains RLUSD’s NYDFS-regulated issuer.
Ripple National Trust Bank adds federal OCC supervision over reserve administration and fiduciary activities.
BNY remains the primary reserve custodian.
Issuance. Custody. Fiduciary oversight.
Separate responsibilities. Different regulatory relationships.
4. NOW LOOK AT OCTOBER 23.
Three days earlier, the OCC finalized stablecoin capital regulations.
The framework allows qualifying uninsured national trust banks to elect an alternative capital treatment, subject to approval.
That doesn’t mean Ripple automatically qualifies.
But the regulatory architecture is taking shape.
Capital requirements.
Federal supervision.
Reserve management.
Institutional custody.
The charter isn’t the finish line.
It’s the legal foundation for what comes next.

I am currently running a large mineral balancing for autism program with about 30 children with my colleague @thelukepryor.
We are a few months into this new program and the observations being made with this number of children are fascinating.
I am planning an article looking at the trends we see with HTMA mineral patterns and these autistic children.
I see many consistent trends.
An interesting observation that’s being made is that there are several parents in this cohort with kids 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗, yet still diagnosed with autism.
And you wonder about these cases because the common dogma in the alt health space is that “vaccines cause autism.”
And while there is a large nugget of truth to this affirmation it’s not precisely true.
𝘼𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙢, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙨, 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣, 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙬 (𝟬-𝟱 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙜𝙚), 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙, 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 “𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙨” 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙢.
And vaccines are but one significant exposure vector for aluminum especially, but the other metals like mercury as well.
So then this begs the question, what other major exposure vectors for an infant child could be present, such that enough aluminum gets into the body, traverses the blood brain barrier, and is sufficient enough to cause full blown autism?
𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗯𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗺.
It’s the only explanation that makes sense.
Today I spoke with a mom, in this autism cohort who’s 1 year old infant had aluminum toxicity that I see in 30 years olds that would be considered “bad.”
We see on her test here, that her aluminum is off the calibrated chart at 5.3 milligrams percent.
While the HTMA test is not perfect at exactly predicting body burden of aluminum and other metals (especially in the brain), when they are overtly elevated like this or very low, there’s a very high probability that the body burden is also commensurately high.
When we consider that a 1-year-old is uniquely vulnerable to toxic exposures because of an immature blood brain barrier, the toxicity observed is amplified significantly.

I am resigning from the White House with tremendous respect for President Trump and Bobby Kennedy.
They laid out a vision of combatting the entrenched, dark forces in DC that profit from Americans getting sick.

99% of women and girls in Somalia have been mutilated in the following way: the clitoris is cut off, along with the inner labia. Then the inner flesh of the outer labia is removed before both sides are sewn tightly together, leaving a hole no bigger than a matchstick for urine and menses to trickle through.
All of this is done in childhood, and without any form of anesthesia whatsoever. Sometimes the little girl is given a scrap of leather or a stick to bite down on. The cutters use old razor blades, or sometimes a piece of broken glass.
This is only the beginning of a girl’s pain.
Most wedding nights in Somalia are aided by “the little knife” — that is, the new husband slices his bride open so that he can penetrate her now cut and bleeding scar tissue. Some men, however, simply batter their way through, tearing that tiny hole open by sheer force. When a woman goes into labor, she’s cut open more widely, then sewn back up afterwards so that when sex resumes she will have to be cut open yet again.
This practice leads to countless deaths from infection and a drastic increase in maternal mortality, but Somali men still refuse to marry uncut women, forcing mothers to have their daughters cut or face social stigma. Uncut girls are seen as dirty; the term for clitoris is a playground taunt in Somalia, and girls who are not cut are usually ostracized by their peers.
The Somali government recently debated the legality of this appalling custom, and the parliament largely split along gender lines. Female MPs roundly condemned FGM, while male MPs insisted that having a clitoris made a woman more difficult to penetrate, and quoted the hadith in which Muhammad condoned the practice. These are educated men who nevertheless claim that cutting a girl is necessary in order to control her sexuality, and that an uncut woman will be promiscuous and untrustworthy.
In spite of the Somali government’s continued support for FGM, foreign aid continues to flow into Somalia unobstructed. The West should refuse to give the Somali government so much as a single dollar until they outlaw FGM and take positive steps to combat the problem.
One tactic that has been highly successful involves showing Somali men a video of a girl being mutilated. Because FGM is seen as women’s business, most men have no idea what it entails. Men who watch this video are horrified, and the most common reaction has been “Not my daughter!” This proves that FGM is not hopelessly entrenched in Somali culture. Western pressure and resources could make an enormous difference in the lives of Somali women and girls, and put a stop to this barbaric practice.
