Guys, Anthropic isn’t replacing financial advisors and CFOs. Or lawyers, accountants or architects.
It’s going to change how those services are delivered. I’m betting my business on that.
But the idea that you’re suddenly going to do all this shit yourself is ridiculous.
You’ve had YouTube for 20 years and still pay a guy to mount your TV.

Agreed. A dollar of cap space is worth the same in every market. Florida's tax break belongs to the player, not the team.
What surprises me is how nobody talks about the RCA. Canadian teams can put part of a player's salary into a Retirement Compensation Arrangement. Once he retires outside Canada, he withdraws it at roughly 25%. Net result: the same tax as "no tax" Florida, sometimes less. And far less than New York, Massachusetts or California.
But sure, keep calling Canada a tax nightmare. #WeAreGoldStar!

Robots lay all the brick walls of a house for the first time in the Netherlands
Amsterdam-based startup Monumental announced that its robots completed all the brickwork on a house in the city of Almere. The machines handled straight and curved walls, different types of bricks and even laid bricks to form raised lettering.
The company’s CEO, Salar al-Khafaji, announced the results on October 28. Over the coming weeks, the robots are expected to be used in the construction of another 15 houses.
However, the technology is limited to bricklaying and does not mean the entire construction process is fully automated. Humans still supervise the machines and carry out tasks the robots cannot handle.
Monumental hopes the technology will speed up construction and help address the labour shortage.
However, it is too early to talk about robots replacing construction workers on a mass scale: the system’s reliability and cost-effectiveness still need to be tested in large-scale construction projects.

World Series on. Monday Night Football on. Bar can’t get Leafs-Flames.
Six pad arena that has easier access to out-of-market pro football and pro baseball than the local pro hockey team. Tables keep asking for it, bartenders keep scrolling through their huge cable package. No dice. The NHL should view this as a big problem for the sport.
