Quit drinking ten years ago today!
One of the reasons I got sober and came forward about my issues is I had a mentor who did the same
This year, I caught up with @realconnormill to discuss my sober journey as well as his and we both hope it opens a door for anyone else who may need to walk through it
Also, congrats on the new baby Connor!

NEW LONG FORM VIDEO: Why USPS is losing $9 billion a year
In 2006, the United States Postal Service delivered a staggering 213 billion pieces of mail. By 2025, that number had fallen to just 109 billion, nearly half of what it once handled.
But declining mail volume is only part of the problem. The Postal Service also reported a $9 billion loss, and its leadership warned Congress that the agency could run out of money if its financial troubles continued.
It's easy to assume the internet is responsible for the decline. After all, emails and digital communication have replaced much of the traditional mail Americans once relied on.
But the real story is far more complicated. The Postal Service faces deeper financial and operational challenges that go well beyond the rise of the internet.
So how did one of America's most essential institutions go from delivering hundreds of billions of letters to facing a potential financial crisis?
This is the rise and fall of the United States Postal Service.

As some of you know, last year I went back to school, community college culinary. I had to take this semester off due to health stuff going on, but I really, really, miss it and hope to get back and finish it up. The teamwork, hard work, creativity...I really miss it
