Special thanks to @WAVY_News for coming out.. 175+ athletes. 3 states represented. Also a big thank you to everyone who helped make this possible: athletes, coaches, parents, and partners.

This is HUGE. More schools should be doing this. Teach kids how to take an idea, build a business, manage money and create opportunities for themselves. Some kids have never seen business ownership as a possibility. Imagine what happens when somebody shows them how.

Recruiting can take over the whole household. Athletes are balancing school, film and goals. Parents are sending emails, making early drives and turning family trips into campus visits. Stay organized, communicate and protect time together. The athlete owns the process. Parents help them navigate it.

As we go through the Best Player of the Day entries, we had to give @jeff11h a shoutout. Old-fashioned, hard-nosed football: tough, physical, and all heart. That’s how you play the game. Love it!

Seniors: playoff time is here. If you’re still looking for an opportunity, every snap matters. This isn’t the time to disappear because you don’t have the offers you expected. Your best film might still be ahead of you. Finish the season strong. Update your Hudl. Keep sending film. Recruiting isn’t over until you stop pushing.

I finally understand how LeBron critics feel about his longevity. 😂 You respect the greatness, you acknowledge the legacy, but at some point you just want to see somebody else. That’s exactly how I feel about Jay-Z and this halftime show.

Parents and athletes, know the difference between a mixtape and recruiting film. Flashy edits & slow motion may be attractive to your peers, but coaches need to see alignment, assignment and execution. Social media attention doesn't always equal recruiting exposure. Every player has a path.. Follow the @ReamonReport for more educational content.

The Reamon Report is looking to connect with a knowledgeable guidance counselor or NCAA eligibility expert! We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the academic requirements for student-athletes pursuing college athletics. This includes the NCAA Eligibility Center, core course requirements, GPA standards, transcripts, and the academic steps necessary to compete at the collegiate level. At the @ReamonReport, we’re building a platform dedicated to educating families on every aspect of the recruiting process, and academics play a critical role. We’d love to connect with someone who shares our passion for helping student-athletes and families navigate this journey. If this sounds like you or someone you know, send us a DM

Your Hudl is your résumé. Not what your trainer says. Not what your dad says. Not your follower count. Not your graphics. Film.

Recruiting is NOT: Good player = automatic offers. There are position needs, roster numbers, grades, measurables, scheme fit, relationships and timing involved. Talent is only part of the equation.

This is what building The Reamon Report Film Room looks like: watching tape, evaluating talent, and creating better resources for players and families. We’re just getting started! 🎞️

Class of 2028 football recruits: Your sophomore film is important, but don’t confuse social media attention with actual college interest. Views, likes, and reposts don’t determine your recruiting value. College coaches have their own evaluation process.

That’s the gap we’re trying to address at the @ReamonReport . Through Every Player Has a Path and Get On The Board, we’re helping families understand where a player may fit, what steps to take, and how to navigate the recruiting process. They deserve a clear plan, not guesswork.

Agree with this across all hs sports. The question is how does a hs junior or senior figure that out? Most hs athletes do not have any idea where they might fit in.

I understand the skepticism. My résumé includes coaching at UVA, Miami, CNU and Virginia Tech; NFL work with the Saints, Steelers and Bills; and leading scouting at Norfolk State. Not to mention playing D1 and learning from a HOF father. If an evaluator doesn’t have a background, tell them show a documented record of creating exposure and earning offers. What have they done? I can do both.

Everyone wants $ for evaluations and all of them say they are the best. It seems such a money grab.

Seniors: finish strong, update your film and grades, and have honest conversations with your support system about your options. Juniors: keep building complete film and stay in touch with coaches. Start to ID camps in the spring that are a good fit. Sophomores: develop, handle your academics, and learn the process. Don’t let offer posts rush your timeline. Camp hard in the spring. The work after November looks different for every class.
Replying to @tommyreamon
so, season ends in November. As a Sr you should do what?, as a Jr you should do what?, as a Sophomore you should do what?

I wish more basketball players played football.. that frame x athleticism, of course you need heart and toughness. Perspective: High school boy’s odds are roughly 1 in 900 of being drafted in football, compared with about 1 in 2,800 of being drafted into the NBA. So the NFL route is roughly three times more likely, but both outcomes are rare.
