This is HUGE. More schools should be doing this.
Teach kids how to take an idea, build a business, manage money and create opportunities for themselves.
Some kids have never seen business ownership as a possibility. Imagine what happens when somebody shows them how.

This is what building The Reamon Report Film Room looks like: watching tape, evaluating talent, and creating better resources for players and families.
We’re just getting started! 🎞️

I followed @tommyreamon when my son Ty was going through recruitment. He has made himself available to kids and parents, answering recruitment questions and giving guidance, and never asked for a thing in return. Knows his stuff and genuinely cares. I know Ty valued the information he shared with him. Any family would be lucky to work with him.

🚨 QUESTION FOR COLLEGE COACHES
When evaluating a high school prospect, what’s the FIRST thing that makes you turn the film off?
We want athletes and parents to hear directly from the people making recruiting decisions. 👇

Imagine he's doing his cornerback thing and watching a long flighted ball downfield, back peddling at speed, watching the ball and the receiver and getting ready to deflect or catch the ball and the medic steps in his way? Is he asking politely?
He was in her lane. Get out.

You don’t have long to catch a college coaches attention, if the first 3-5 aren’t good, he’s on to the next one.

The @Rivals $499 evaluation package: pay or keep it moving?
We definitely see value in it for SOME families. No two athletes have the same recruiting situation, resources or needs.
The potential value we see is especially for players pursuing opportunities at the FCS, Division II and Division III levels. But be realistic about where your film, academics and development fit, not just where you WANT to play.
Nobody is forcing you to buy it. If you see value for your family and it fits your budget, do it. If you don’t, keep it moving.
An informed decision is more important than following the outrage OR the hype.

A college coach follows you.
Views your Hudl.
Likes a few posts.
Maybe even asks your coach about you.
But never reaches out.
So you’re thinking:
“If they like me, why haven’t they offered?”

Some of the most important adults in a teenager’s life are working for a stipend that barely covers the gas they burn getting to practice.
Think about that

Enjoyed catching up with @tommyreamon. He's enjoying his role as a recruiting analyst for Sports Illustrated, but no matter where his job takes him, helping his home community is his top priority, just like his dad. Watch for the Reamon Report from all across the country.
