I don't normally get political, but this is too important.
Families across Michigan are worried about the cost of groceries, gas and housing. Our roads are falling apart. People are anxious about what's happening around the world, and a lot of them feel like nobody in power is listening.
We can't keep looking away from the truth just because it's uncomfortable. Silence is a choice, and history remembers who stayed quiet.
That's why today, I'm asking all of you to stand up and finally admit that Gordon Hayward fouled Draymond Green with eight seconds left in the 2010 Final Four, the refs missed it, and it cost Michigan State a national championship.

Ho Chi Minh City was called Saigon during the war. It was the capital of South Vietnam, the US ally, and was renamed only in 1976. The US did repeatedly bomb North Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, including the 1972 Christmas bombing.

Any American company providing aid and comfort to Russia will be written about by the press and made known to Congress.

Ukraine, not Russia, has held the initiative in key sectors of the frontline for much of the year. Ukrainian forces have decisively defeated the main Russian offensive intended to complete the seizure of Donetsk Oblast in 2026. Ukrainian forces operationally defeated the Russian northern pincer in the Lyman direction and defeated the Russian military command’s plan to conduct a wide encirclement of Ukraine’s Fortress Belt.
Ukraine’s Operation Vivaldi resulted in the liberation of around 277 square kilometers and 16 settlements north and northeast of Lyman over four phases that Ukrainian 3rd Army Corps Commander Brigadier General Andrii Biletskyi began announcing in September 2026, although the operation likely began around March 2026.

Trump’s oil deal with Venezuela was negotiated in secret. Now we know why. The contract just leaked, and it doesn’t say what Trump says it says.
What it does say is that we bought 35 percent of a company for a penny a share. The company is run by Alejandro Betancourt, a Venezuelan businessman who’s been investigated for money laundering in Switzerland, Spain, and the United States. DOJ officials reportedly asked foreign governments to close those investigations and let him travel.
The parent company is registered through a Barbados shell, so nobody can see who the other owners are. Any dispute goes to a court in Texas. One person involved said it was built to insulate the deal from future administrations.
The company pumps about 200,000 barrels a day. America burns through that in 15 minutes. If this were a good deal, they wouldn’t have had to hide it. I break it all down in today’s show (link in reply).

EXCLUSIVE: Elon Musk came to Donald Trump with the plan to throttle Ukraine’s use of SpaceX’s Starshield satellite internet network, sources have told the Telegraph.
The tech billionaire made the proposal during the US President’s row with Volodymyr Zelensky over strikes on Russian oil refineries.
‘The reality is that they were both in it,’ a senior source said of Musk’s and Trump’s involvement.
But after a night of carnage in Kyiv caused by the slowdown, Musk was alarmed about the possibility of adverse consumer reaction in Europe.
The SpaceX boss then proceeded to tweet, blaming the US administration, and ultimately, President Trump for authorising the slowdown.

Oil is above $100. The main reason it's not closer to $150 is all the oil being released from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. That will stop after the midterms. When it becomes obvious that inflation will outpace Fed rate hikes, the dollar will fall, sending oil prices soaring.

NEW: The Trump administration has threatened to cut off vital intelligence sharing with Ukraine unless Zelenskyy stops striking Russian oil refineries, according to the Financial Times.
The warning came during nearly eight hours of talks between Ukrainian officials and Trump’s envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in Miami on Friday. The talks were derailed when Trump announced a diesel deal with Putin, catching the Ukrainian team off guard.
“It was a firm request from POTUS,” one Ukrainian official involved in the talks told the FT.
