Saurav Das, Ratna Singh and CJP's social media team member Rosy took help from Brinda Karat to file a fake FIR against an honest cop.
Here is some info about Brinda Karat and her party CPI:
- Brinda Karat signed a joint mercy petition seeking a stay on terrorist Yakub Memon's execution who was involved in Bombay Blasts in 1993.
- Brinda Karat's party CPI killed 10k+ Hindu refugees in 1979 who belonged to SC group and had escaped Bangladesh.
- Brinda Karat's CPI also killed several farmers and labour in Nanoor and Nandigram.

Went inside Parliament Street Police Station with the victim to get the FIR registered, but Delhi Police refused. No senior police official was available to speak to us.
Delhi Police refused to register the molestation FIR against an ACP, despite the law being clear that an FIR must be registered without a preliminary inquiry in such cases.
The police kept saying that the Crime Branch is investigating and that the FIR will be lodged only after that investigation. That is not how the law works. The Crime Branch must register the FIR and then proceed with the investigation.

Brinda Karat, whose name had earlier come up in connection with claims that Abhijeet Dipke called her first after coming to India to mobilise a crowd at Jantar Mantar, also showed up at Sansad Marg Police Station today.
Dipke had denied those claims at the time, saying he had never spoken to or even met Brinda Karat.
Yet, students from her party, CPI(M), were seen sitting at the CJP protest. And today, she was among the first to arrive at the police station with Saurav Das.
There clearly seems to be a connection between the CJP crowd and the CPI(M). After AAP, the Left appears to be their second biggest political backer.
