INEC is working towards making sure BVAS is not used for most parts of the 2027 election because with BVAS, identity verification will be a stumbling block for them. If BVAS is turned off, this is when the AI generated identities and duplicate identities will be used to rig the 2027 election.

That's 4,386 new voters, a 1,105% increase.
