Rober Jenrick was excellent here. There is a clear divide now between Reform UK and the Tories on the economic matters. The Tories are prioritising multi-millionaires. Reform UK is prioritising the workers in this country.
🔥🔥🔥JENRICK🔥🔥🔥 Robert Jenrick this morning on Sky News with Fraser Nelson. "You are working very hard for your peerage Fraser but please check your facts" OMG why can't Sky News get a decent interviewer, where the hell is Trevor Philips. Trevor interviews, Fraser want's an argument where neither person can be heard. @RobertJenrick

I have been saying it for a long time. Restore and the Conservatives are working together.
WATCH🚨: Kemi Badenoch rule out being the opposition to another Brexit referendum and defending Rupert Lowe and not ruling out making allies without Restore

Badenoch bizarre ranting when asked about Rupert Lowe gives the ResTory game away! She ridiculously claimed she gave Lowe the Select Committee seat because “her own MPs were busy”! She protests too much and her only response was “Farage, Reform, Farage, Reform”! What more do Restore voters need to realise they are being played!

First it was “What is a woman?” Now the next defining question for Labour to answer : “Is an employer a working person?”
What an insult!! According to Labour “Employers aren’t working people” Shocking ignorance. Employers risk their own money, work all hours, sacrifice family time and put everything on the line to create jobs and pay wages. What exactly does Labour think employers do all day? Sip Bacardis on a beach. We are doomed, this shows Labour has no idea what it takes to grow an economy or the vital role employers play. That’s why they will keep punishing them.

Rupert Lowe was a Brexit Party MEP for the West Midlands. But he withdrew as the party’s parliamentary candidate for the marginal Dudley seat in November 2019, the day of the nomination deadline. Why? Rupert had been dead keen on sitting in Parliament, and by all accounts he stood a fairly decent chance. But something weird happened in the weeks running up to that bizarre decision to withdraw on deadline day itself, which meant no alternate candidate could be submitted. He threw the race. In football terms, it was match fixing. But what possessed him, and does that same thing possess him now? In the run-up to that decision, a man by the name of Dougie Smith had been in touch with Lowe. It’s not known how long for. But the communication intensified in that period. Smith — who likes to be called “the wolf” and is known in the media as “Dr. No” because they’re afraid of naming him — has been a long time dark arts fixer for the Tory party. He ran Boris Johnson. He worked for Cameron. He ran Sunak. And he’s now in charge of Kemi Badenoch and Kevin Hollinrake. In fact, Dougie even introduced Kemi to her husband Hamish, in a little-known fact they’ve tried to keep quiet. And with good reason: Smith is a long-time sex party organizer. Just ask Michael Gove. Smith ran orgies for high-profile people, including many politicians, in the 90s and 2000s. So there’s lots of kompromat. But back to Lowe. Remember, this was 2019. It would be at least 5 more years until the big Farage fallout that caused Restore Britain to arrive on the scene and do precisely what Rupert claimed he didn’t want to do in that Dudley election: “split the vote.” At the time, in 2019, Farage called what Lowe did “disgusting behaviour” and said it was a double-cross of then Brexit Party leader Richard Tice. Lowe is believed to have met a senior Tory official that week, and his withdrawal had been arranged with the Conservatives. This episode sat within a wider set of claims by Farage about Conservative efforts to clear the field in key seats. Apparently, Rupert wasn’t the only target of this op. But he appears to have been the longest-running asset of Dougie Smith. You would recognise other names, too. But that’s for another time. Farage called out Dougie Smith as one of the figures involved in approaches to Brexit Party candidates that mixed inducements (the offer of peerages, jobs, and even a suggested knighthood) with pressure and intimidation. The latter being Smith’s forte. One account, reproduced in screenshots shared online, asserts that Lowe met Smith privately at a DoubleTree Hilton in London at 4:30 p.m. on 14 November and that the two men collaborated on a “Men and Measures” list mapping out Tory safe seats, peerages, or other positions for Brexit Party figures willing to stand down in favour of the Conservatives. This is precisely what Restore Britain has now been doing at a council level around the country. Men and Measures 2.0. And it makes even more sense when you consider the Dougie Smith-era Tories who are now working inside Restore Britain. Men like Scott Benton, who was also elected for the Tories in 2019. To this day, the Men and Measures playbook is being run. Where Tories stand to win at a council level, Restore Britain activists are pulled back, and candidates often not stood at all. If Reform are standing to win where the Tories can, Restore Britain floods the zone as hard as it can. Now these could all just be a massive series of coincidences. But add to it Lowe’s own words about the Tory party, and how he repeatedly refuses to say anything negative about Kemi Badenoch, despite most of his base blasting her as an “anchor baby.” “I could join the Tories tomorrow if I wanted to,” he told Newsnight in early 2025. “I don’t have an issue with the Tories.” That’s true. He doesn’t have an issue with the Tories. Because they control him. He’s the man. They’ve got the measures. And Dougie Smith is pulling the puppet strings.

Dan let me help you: We fear Gordon Brothers, the owners are corporate raiders who are deliberately forcing an unnecessary administration using friendly receiver, so they can keep stores open to Xmas, so sell the stock, but not pay any suppliers, rates or HMRC etc. They just bank the sales then force liquidation. Retail raiders are well known for doing this. The Govt should consider court appointed independent administrator to prevent this: there are funded buyers wanting to buy the Group We have not mentioned using taxpayers money: our position is to protect taxpayers and help the workers
I genuinely don’t get it. Is Robert Jenrick seriously saying the British taxpayer should bail out Poundland.

Kemi said this morning that Rupert Lowe was given a place on PAC because “Conservatives are busy, on the shadow bench” It was Peter Fortune that stood down to give Lowe the spot. He hasn’t got any shadow position. She needs to get her script in order from Dougie. Because she wasn’t prepared this morning.

The BBC ran this report about a school closing mid-way through the year, leaving 600 kids in the lurch, without mentioning Labour's imposition of VAT on school fees. The only taxes imposed on education in Europe. More than a hundred private schools have now closed their doors. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c6rm…

We shouldn’t boycott our own Commonwealth Conference. That’s a coward’s way out of this argument. We are the lead country in this powerful group, and it would be far better, and far more British, to take on the left wing governments peddling their tired old talking points face to face. We must show global leadership, not fear. A proper reading of history is important, and if we have to read it to their faces, we will.

Andy Burnham: open to a formal apology for the slave trade. Nigel Farage: Britain is exceptional. That's the choice. An apology isn't the end of it. It's the opening bid. Reparations come next, and the identity politics obsessives will be first in the queue. We've handed billions in foreign aid to every corner of the globe. Our men have spilled blood on every continent. Our grandads went down the pits and into the steelworks for pennies. Britain is a gift to the world. Not an endless pit for the grifts of the world.

With regard to @Telegraph article about Orla Minihane apparent ‘return’ to Reform UK, I’m very surprised the newspaper is giving her quite so much oxygen. Let’s unpack a couple of things. Firstly, she is neither an elected councillor nor an MP. Presenting her return to Reform UK as a headline “defection” rather overstates what has actually happened. What elected seat is changing hands? None. Secondly, the first I heard about this was when my phone started blowing up with messages from people who were angry and upset, asking: “Why on earth are we letting her back in?” To be absolutely clear, I had no prior knowledge of this. I found out through those messages. She is of course welcome to be a member. But membership is one thing; being given a position or a platform is another. I have no information suggesting either is happening, and I won’t speculate. I will, however, be looking into it and asking questions. Those who have contacted me deserve to have their concerns heard.
