Birthright citizenship belongs to the children of American citizens, not those who broke our immigration laws to come to the United States.
I introduced a Constitutional Amendment to end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens.

Only the @SaveAustinNow outside audit charter amendment (Vote Aye for Prop I) guarantees a performance audit of all utilities, including Austin Water, which has been BADLY mismanaged for many years, but never misses a chance to raise water rates. And that performance audit will be publicly released, as will all audit workshop papers (background materials).

Dairy farmer: "Do you know what happens if it is?"
Activist: "People drink it."
Dairy farmer: "The tanker gets tested at the gate. One cow's worth of antibiotic in 20,000 litres and the whole load goes down the drain. Every farm on the run that morning gets their milk tipped, and the farm that did it pays for all of it."
Activist: "So you're saying it never happens."
Dairy farmer: "I'm saying a treated cow on this farm gets red tape round her leg, goes to the back of the parlour, and her milk goes in a bucket for 6 days. I treat her like she's radioactive, because financially she is."
Activist: "You still use them."
Dairy farmer: "On a cow that's ill. Same as you. The vet writes it up, the date goes on the wall, and the wall's checked. Use on this farm is about half what it was 10 years ago, and that's every dairy I know."
Activist: "Routine use in feed, then."
Dairy farmer: "Illegal for years. Growth promoters went 20 years ago. You're describing a chicken shed in a country I don't farm in."
Activist: "You can't prove it's not in the milk."
Dairy farmer: "I can prove it 3 times a week, because they test it 3 times a week and send me the sheet. When did you last get a sheet on your oat drink?"
Activist: "That's different."
Dairy farmer: "It is. Nobody tests it. Mine's the most inspected liquid in your kitchen and it's the one you're scared of."

If you want to lay water pipes for Austin Energy, the city forces you to engage in racism.
Austin Energy is contracting someone to lay $10 million of water pipe under city streets, and wants the subcontractors sorted by race and sex to the hundredth of a percent.
Black-owned subcontractors are supposed to get 2.04% of the work. Hispanic-owned, 5.86%. Women-owned, 2.30%.
If a contractor misses those numbers then they have to prove they contacted all 270 minority- and women-owned firms on the City's list. If they get the paperwork wrong their bid gets thrown out.
Federal civil rights law (and the US Constitution) bar governments from treating people differently by race or sex, so the bid packet includes the standard legal language: contractors "shall not discriminate on the basis of race or gender." Then it hands them the mandatory race and gender requirements?
Austin's justification is its 2022 study that (checks notes) found Black, Hispanic, Asian, and women-owned firms were already getting more city contract money than expected.
A federal judge shut down Houston's version of this program on July 28, and Austin nevertheless posted this job a month later.

One of the most galling things about @austintexasgov’s government is they don’t listen to their people.
We vote against taxes, they raise them AND shove them up even further via loopholes like Central Health
Now they, again, want offices for a group we don’t want — a group that lied to us. A group that is donating money to a DSA-affiliated org. We already said no once. Stop. And maybe start to dismantle these grifters.

Since 2008 California has spent $15 billion and has not connected a single city or laid a single track. It is now projected to cost more than $200 billion to finish despite being proved nearly impossible to complete.
In 2008 China also announced a high-speed rail and has now connected the entire country with over 30,000 miles while California has connected 0 miles.
Over $500 million has gone to contractors who could not work, homes are currently being built on the alignment, and farmers will lose their farms. In this video I go down the alignment of the high speed rail exposing the failures and confront the legislators in charge of this absolute disaster of a project.
A prime example of fraud, waste and abuse of the taxpayer dollar.

LA , a city with massive permit processing problems, decided to go with Clariti in 2024
They appear to still be in the implementation phase though. This is not easy software to switch to. Very high boondoggle potential for Austin.

Edwin Pulgar died on the pavement of Woodland Avenue.
Santana Gonzales, 21, was on probation when he pulled the trigger.
In 2023 he was charged with three counts of aggravated robbery with a firearm, plus a stolen car and evading police. Prosecutors waived two robbery counts, knocked the third down to plain robbery, and dismissed the rest. Probation with no prison time.
In February, a trooper stopped the car he was riding in. He gave a fake name, ran, and a loaded Glock fell out of his waistband mid-chase. The gun charge was declined. The evading charge was dismissed.
Then in March, a judge denied the motion to revoke his probation and let him stay on it.
Then he killed a teenager.

Banks was released this afternoon. He is the same suspect APD arrested Aug. 17 for similar conduct.
